Albert received his LL.M. in Taxation from the NYU School of Law.� Albert is an Associate Attorney with Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld, LLP in Jericho, NY.� While at law school, he served as a summer fellow with the Nassau County Surrogate's Court, where he performed legal research on matters before the court and briefed the Surrogate weekly on Trusts and Estates topics.� He also participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), where he prepared income tax returns for low-income individuals.� Albert is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.�Education: New York University School of Law, LL.M. in Taxation, 2013 Touro College Jacob D.
