Gemma Postlethwaite is Arizent’s CEO, responsible for the company’s 30+ brands. Prior to joining Arizent, Postlethwaite served as CEO of PIRA Energy Group, where she led a major transformation of the company and established PIRA as a leading integrated, research and data provider to the global energy markets. In 2016 Postlethwaite led the sale of PIRA Energy Group to S&P Global.

Postlethwaite has spent several years in leadership roles in the business information sector. Prior to PIRA Energy Group, she was SVP, Strategy and Operations at Altegrity, a global provider of risk and compliance solutions; and Chief Product Officer and President of Infogroup’s SMB business unit. She also spent eight years at Thomson Reuters in various leadership positions spanning from product to commercial management and also led the channel partnership business for the Investment and Advisory Division.

Additionally, Postlethwaite is a Board Member at GLG (the Gerson Lehrman Group); and proudly serves on the New York Board of the All Stars Project whose mission is to transform the lives of youth and poor communities using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults.

She is a graduate of the University of Kent.
Debra Mason is Arizent’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the company’s global financial operations.

Most recently, she served as CFO of Questex LLC, a B2B events and information company across five industry verticals and led the company through a successful sale to MidOcean Partners Private Equity. Before that, she served as COO and CFO for ALM Media LLC, a B2B information company specializing in legal and other related markets. Prior to that role, she served as CFO for the Americas region of Ipsos, a global market research firm.

Previous leadership positions include COO and CFO of X Plus One Solutions, a technology start-up formerly known as Poindexter Systems; Global CFO of Interpublic Group; and CFO of Wolf Group, a regional group of full-service advertising agencies in the northeast.

Mason began her career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers and EY. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at The University at Buffalo School of Management, State University of New York. She is a certified public accountant in the State of New York and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Jeff Mancini is Arizent's Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for brand, experience and commercial strategy. His mission is to continually reimagine the experience for our community of leaders who shape the B2B industries we serve.

Before joining Arizent, Mancini was the Chief Marketing Officer of Related Companies managing more than $30 billion in assets globally, including the beloved lifestyle brands Equinox and SoulCycle. Before that, he served as the CMO of PIRA, the energy information and analytics division of S&P Global Platts. Starting his career in advertising and branding, Mancini led the brand experience practice at Interbrand, then the business transformation group at R/GA.

Mancini is an executive member of IADAS, the judging body of the webby awards. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University.
David Evans is Arizent’s Chief Content Officer, responsible for the overall direction of editorial content for each brand.

Evans has more than 20 years of experience in strategic leadership for media, professional services and research organizations, leading cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of compelling content across traditional media, digital and live events. Most recently, he led global event content strategy for Forrester, the technology research company. He also led the worldwide face-to-face client programming for Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), the world's leading expert and professional education network.

Evans began his career as a business journalist and editor, including roles as Executive Editor of Canadian Business and as an Editor-in-Chief at Adweek Magazines, before pivoting to events and business leadership for Business Week, The Industry Standard, and Fast Company, among others.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Evans was selected as a Knight-Bagehot Fellow in Business and Economic Journalism by the Journalism School at Columbia University in New York. He is married (to another Knight-Bagehot Fellow), lives in Westchester County, NY, and spends as many weekends as possible at a converted barn in the Berkshires.
Lee Gavin is Arizent’s Vice President of People & Culture, responsible for aligning Arizent’s human resources with the company’s business strategy by supporting the goals of each.

Previously, Gavin was the Lead HR Business Partner for the Americas and Key Strategic Global Account Sales teams at Thomson Reuters. His primary purpose, as a strategic partner, was to help deliver against the business growth objectives by leading key functional areas including strategic workforce planning, talent, organizational design and organizational effectiveness including the deployment of a new customer engagement model. Gavin started his career in HR at HSBC in London.

Originally from South Yorkshire in England, he now resides in the Upper West Side of New York City. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Sheffield Hallam University.
