Robert Berger is the Vice President of Collections at Navy Federal Credit Union and is currently responsible for overseeing Consumer Loans, Credit Cards and Recovery Collections.As the VP of Collections, Mr. Berger provides strategic and operational direction for the Collection Division. He has 20 years of experience with Navy Federal Credit Unions Credit and Consumer Lending Life Cycle and has leveraged his experience in evaluating and setting internal controls and processes.
