David Cherner serves as Corporate Counsel in ACA International’s Legal and Government Affairs Department and Director of State Government Affairs where he oversees ACA’s state legislative and regulatory agenda. David graduated from Marquette University Law School and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
