Glenn's principal area of practice is financial institutions and finance law. He has extensive experience as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and letter of credit bank counsel in municipal finance transactions involving cities, counties, school districts, universities, municipal utility districts, river and port authorities, regional mobility authorities, and state agencies.
