Jason Downs

Jason Downs is a partner in Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Disputes practice group in Washington, D.C., where he co-leads the firm's State Attorneys General practice. He has nearly two decades of legal experience, including seven years at the Public Defender Service for D.C. and a term as Chief Deputy Attorney General for D.C. He focuses on state AG investigations, white-collar matters, and ESG issues.
