Jess Sharp

Jess Sharp is senior vice president and executive director of the American Bankers Association’s Card Policy Council. Sharp serviced on President George W. Bush's domestic policy council, first as a specialist in transportation and labor policy issues and then taking� on a broader portfolio as deputy assistant to the president for domestic policy.
