Joe LaTorre

Joe LaTorre is the Director of Innovation at Employment Technologies Corporation (ETC). He leads ETC�s research and product development group and is the company�s senior consultant. Joe has designed and directed the development of more than 100 custom simulations for employee hiring. His design team has earned an unprecedented five national �Top Product of the Year� awards for ETC�s highly accurate and engaging EASy Simulations�. Over the past 20 years, he and ETC have shaped the testing industry by creating and launching an entirely new category of tests: employment simulations.Joe holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University and has more than 20 years of global consulting experience. He is a contributing author of a book on the use of simulations in employment testing and has presented at national conferences related to advancing the science and accuracy of personnel selection.
