John Hirschfeld is the co-founder and CEO of Class Green Capital Partners, a New York City based firm that combines financial, sustainability, real state, and municipal expertise. Class Green has recently executed “green monetizations” for the City of Newark, NJ ($73 million) and Providence, RI ($35 million), which provided low-cost, general-purpose funding, while improving the energy and operating performance of the cities’ buildings.John has executed over $10 billion of real estate and related transactions, held senior positions at Citigroup and several leading real estate firms, and practiced law.John graduated from Harvard College and Fordham Law School.
