Mary Ellen Jelenek is Vice President of American Express U.S. Payment Options Portfolio Management & Marketing at American Express.� In this role, Mary Ellen is responsible for the American Express Serve, Bluebird and U.S. Gift Card portfolios, leading product strategy, marketing and partnerships.�Prior to her current role, Mary Ellen served as Vice President of American Express Global Corporate Card where she led a global team and successfully grew the product P+L, launched new products and re-positioned the global charge card portfolio.�Earlier in her career, Mary Ellen launched some of the first prepaid Cards for American Express and led Gift Card Marketing to scale that business in retail.
