Maxine S. Labovsky

Ms. Labovsky joined The Bancorp as Vice President & Regulatory Counsel after serving as Vice President & Regulatory Counsel at NetSpend Inc., in Austin, Texas.� Prior to that, she was a First Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel at Washington Mutual Card Services in San Francisco.� She spent more than a decade at MBNA America Bank and Bank of America in Wilmington, Delaware where she served as First Vice President & Counsel, Legislative Counsel, and Vice President & Issues Specialist.� Ms. Labovsky graduated from Boston University, has an M.A. in History from New York University, and earned her J.D. degree at New York Law School.
