Fell Gray

Fell Gray is the Chief Marketing Officer, leading the product, data, marketing, and studio teams to ensure customer value and drive growth.

Prior to Arizent, Fell was an Executive Director on the New York leadership team at Interbrand, leading cross-disciplinary teams to develop brand strategies that drive business transformation. As the firm's tech sector lead, she partnered with clients like Microsoft and Qualcomm, as well as other global brands like Avis Budget Group, John Deere, and KPMG. Prior to Interbrand, Fell worked at MKTG as Director of Creative Strategy creating integrated brand experience platforms for consumer brands including those within the Diageo, Nintendo, and Coty portfolios. Her work has been acknowledged by the RedDot, Rebrand 100 Global, ANA Reggie, Halo and Jesse H. Neal awards.

Fell serves as a board member of Playwrights Horizons, the award-winning off-Broadway theatrical institution, where she also began her professional life. She graduated with distinction from Yale University with a B.A. in Psychology.
