American Banker CMO Leadership Dinner During Nacha in San Diego

A private, invitation-only gathering of senior marketing leaders across payments, fintech, and financial services.
San Diego California

During Nacha in San Diego, American Banker hosted a private dinner bringing together senior marketing leaders from across payments, fintech, banking, and financial services for an off-the-record conversation around the evolving challenges shaping marketing and growth across regulated industries.

Hosted by Whitney Mitchell, Chief Marketing Officer at Arizent, publisher of American Banker, the evening created space for candid peer discussion focused on how marketing organizations are adapting to rapid changes in buyer behavior, AI adoption, content strategy, and go-to-market execution.

The conversation centered around several themes impacting marketing leaders across financial services today, including:

  • How AI is reshaping go-to-market strategy, content creation, and internal marketing workflows
  • The continued evolution of search behavior, including the rise of AI-driven discovery and zero-click experiences
  • How brands are adapting content strategies to maintain trust, visibility, and differentiation in an increasingly crowded market
  • Shifting event strategies and the growing emphasis on smaller, curated executive experiences designed to foster stronger engagement and measurable business value

As with many of Arizent's executive gatherings, the discussion was intentionally informal and peer-driven, allowing attendees to openly exchange ideas, challenges, and practical insights with others navigating similar industry shifts.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us during Nacha and contributed to such a thoughtful and engaging evening.
