Digital Insurance brought together a select group of senior marketing leaders on June 3 during InsurTech Insights USA in New York City for an invitation-only CMO Peer Roundtable Lunch focused on the trends reshaping insurance and insurtech marketing.
Hosted by Whitney Mitchell, Chief Marketing Officer at Arizent, publisher of Digital Insurance; Victor Bonavita, Director for our Insurance Group; Harvey Hudes, Founder of Caliber Corporate Advisers; and Kristie Galvani, Chief Operating Officer of Caliber Corporate Advisers, the gathering created an opportunity for executives to engage in candid, peer-to-peer conversations around the opportunities and challenges facing today's marketing organizations.
Attendees represented a diverse mix of insurance carriers, insurtech firms, technology providers, and growth-stage companies, including The Zebra, Hippo, Duck Creek Technologies, Xceedance, Clearspeed, INTX, GeoX.ai, Indemn, Qumis, and 1-800-Insurance.
The discussion covered a range of topics currently shaping the industry, including:
- The rise of AI-driven discovery and its impact on traditional search
- AI's evolving role in marketing, content development, and go-to-market strategy
- Creating differentiated content that builds trust and drives engagement
- Navigating increasingly complex insurance buying journeys
- The continued importance of relationship-driven marketing and executive events
- Measuring marketing's contribution to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes
As the pace of change across insurance and insurtech continues to accelerate, participants shared perspectives, challenges, and best practices from their own organizations while exploring how marketing leaders can adapt and create competitive advantage.
The conversation reflected one of the core themes emerging across the industry today: while technology continues to evolve rapidly, meaningful relationships, trusted content, and authentic peer-to-peer engagement remain critical drivers of growth.
Digital Insurance would like to thank all of the executives who joined the conversation and helped make the roundtable a success. We look forward to continuing these discussions through future executive events, peer roundtables, and industry gatherings.
Thank you again to everyone who joined us during InsurTech Insights USA and contributed to such a thoughtful and engaging conversation.
