    Steve Miller is co-founder of a Chicago-based analytics and business intelligence services firm Inquidia, formerly�OpenBI, that specializes in delivering analytic solutions with both open source and commercial technologies. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in intelligence and analytics, having migrated from health care program evaluation, to database consulting with Oracle Corporation, to running a fast-growing BI services business at Braun Consulting.     Rohit Tandon has been on the leading edge of data in product development as well as solution delivery for over 20 years. Mr. Tandon has been a data management leader for Oracle, PeopleSoft, Metamor Worldwide and Tata Consultancy Services. He was Oracle�s global product strategist and leader for the Oracle MDM suite, building the portfolio from the ground up. Mr. Tandon also served as global spokesperson, keynoting on data management topics, and representing the product portfolio and brand to IT analysts (Gartner, Forrester, MDM Institute). He was responsible for creation of several key functions for the product set, including the systems integrators and ISV partner network as well as the customer advisory board. Prior to his Oracle tenure, Mr. Tandon spent 15 years building and running successful BI/DW practices prior to his work in product management, living and working on several continents. His consulting clientele included Citi, S.C. Johnson Wax, Cooper Lighting, J.P. Morgan (Mexico), and UBS (Switzerland). Mr. Tandon holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's in Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi as a summa cum laude valedictorian.

    Byron Sebastian is founder and CEO of Seattle-based SourceLabs, providers of dependable open source systems for enterprise IT organizations.
