Roland P. Mosimann is CEO of BI International, a Malvern, PA-based consultancy specializing in performance and risk management. As CEO and co-founder of BI International, he has led major client relationships and thought leadership initiatives for the company. David Besemer is CTO of Composite Software, Inc. He has worked at the leading edge of enterprise software for more than 20 years.
