    Jill works in the Public Sector and Infrastructure Banking Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and manages the Energy Group. She has managed the group for over ten years. Jill was named managing director in 2006. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Jill worked at Moody’s Investors Service. Jill earned a BA in Economics at the University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

    Ivan G. Bolden assumed the role as the first Chief of Public Private Initiatives, Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management in July 2007. In this capacity he oversees all public private initiatives ventures for the Army. His direct oversight includes the Army's Residential Communities Initiatives (the Army’s housing privatization program), Privatization of Army Lodging, Utilities Privatization, Enhanced Use Leasing, Municipal Services/ Partnerships and Competitive Sourcing. He assumes this position after working for eight (8) years on the Secretariat Staff in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations & Environment. He brings a wealth of experience as a 27 year Army veteran, retiring as a Colonel in 2001. His military assignments took him to postings in Europe, Korea and throughout the Continental United States. He attended various military schools throughout his career and his civilian education includes a BS in Accounting from Southern University, Baton Rouge, La. and a Master's in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA. He is a visionary and has received numerous awards throughout his professional career and his hobbies include travel and golf.

    LTC Vince Gallman currently serves as a Compensation Program Analyst for the Army’s Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA), and Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Programs at the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, Compensation and Entitlements Division, at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.LTC Gallman earned his commission as a Finance Officer from the Benedict College Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Program, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  LTC Gallman also earned his Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Adult Education from Central Michigan University.LTC Gallman’s previous assignments include the 7th Medical Command Regional Finance and Accounting Office, Landstuhl, Germany, the 4th Finance Battalion, Fort Carson Colorado, the 469th Finance Group (Reserve), New Orleans, Louisiana, Headquarters Forces Command, Atlanta, Georgia, the Defense Military Pay Office, Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and the 230th Finance Battalion, Fort Hood, Texas.

Mr. Guleserian is a FINRA registered general securities principal.  Mr. Guleserian received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his BA from Harvard University.

    Joseph A. LaVorgna is a managing director and serves as Chief US economist in charge of US macroeconomic research for Global Markets. He joined Deutsche Bank in 1997 from Lehman Brothers where he was a Vice President in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining Lehman, Joe was an economist at UBS Securities and he started his professional career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1992, where he was an economist on the Monetary Analysis and Projections Staff. Joe is a graduate of Vassar College and is a frequent commentator for CNBC as well as various other media outlets.     Thomas Donnelly, a defense and security policy analyst, is the director of the Center for Defense Studies. He is the coauthor with Frederick W. Kagan of Lessons for a Long War: How America Can Win on New Battlefields (2010). Among his recent books are Ground Truth: The Future of U.S. Land Power (2008), coauthored with Frederick W. Kagan; Of Men and Materiel: The Crisis in Military Resources (2007), coedited with Gary J. Schmitt; The Military We Need (2005); and Operation Iraqi Freedom: A Strategic Assessment (2004). From 1995 to 1999, he was policy group director and a professional staff member for the House Committee on Armed Services. Mr. Donnelly also served as a member of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission. He is a former editor of Armed Forces Journal, Army Times, and Defense News.

    Iain Briggs is a senior managing director in FTI Consulting’s Healthcare Practice. Mr. Briggs has 30 years of experience working with financially challenged organizations, with the last fourteen in the healthcare provider industry. His areas of specialty include turnaround management, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy reorganizations, business development, strategic advisory, operational improvement, contract review and negotiation, and creditor relations. He works closely with hospital boards, executive management teams and the municipal finance community. Mr. Briggs has served as a chief executive officer (CEO) and a chief financial officer (CFO) and has acted as an advisor on turnaround projects. He has worked on the sale, merger or reorganization of more than 20 healthcare organizations including acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, physician hospital organizations, health maintenance organizations and third-party administrators. In all cases, EBITDA improvement or recovery has exceeded expectations. Mr. Briggs joined FTI in 2005 with its acquisition of Cambio Health Solutions, where he had worked for eight years. He previously served as senior manager for Deloitte & Touche, where he provided a broad range of audit, merger and acquisition, turnaround and restructuring advisory services focusing on operational and financial improvement. At a public U.K. marketing services company he was responsible for international acquisitions (Europe, Middle East and the United States) and oversaw the operational management of several subsidiaries. He moved to the United States in 1989, where he has served as CEO and CFO to support the turnaround of several healthcare and financial service companies. Mr. Briggs holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Nottingham, England. He is a chartered accountant (member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)). He is frequently invited to speak at healthcare finance conferences – including Healthcare Financial Management Association, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, Bond Buyer and others.
