Grieshaber was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2008 and is responsible for Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Contracts, Procurement and Logistics.� Prior to that, he held positions of Director of Treasury Management and Treasury Manager with the Commission.� Before joining the Commission in 2000, he was finance manager and portfolio manager for ADP Capital Management, assistant treasurer for BTR Dunlop Finance, cash manager for Silo, Inc. and investment analyst and cash manager for American Life Insurance Company.� Mr. Grieshaber holds a BS from New York University and MBA from Wilmington University. � � � �

    Steve Schlickman has over 31 years of transportation experience beginning as a bus driver in 1975 to becoming the Executive Director of the Regional Transportation Authority in 2005, a post he left October 1, 2010 to join UIC's Urban Transportation Center. In his various positions Steve has been involved in all major surface transportation initiatives in Illinois and on the federal level since 1980 and participated in obtaining billions of dollars of funding for Illinois and the Chicago region. Steve was directly involved in the funding and reform of the Northeastern Illinois Regional Transportation Authority in 1983 and 2007/08. While at the Chicago Transit Authority in the 1980s, Steve led national efforts related to funding for transit modernization and expansion and managed a major transit rail project in the early 1990s. He has also worked on aviation and other public infrastructure initiatives, most notably the passage of the airport passenger facility charge authorization in 1990. As the first director of Chicago Mayor Daley's Washington DC office, Steve oversaw Chicago's involvement in all federal legislation affecting municipal government including the Clean Air Act amendments, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Community Development Block Grant funding. For many years, Steve ran a very successful private consulting practice specializing in transportation policy, finance and advocacy during which his client Macquarie Bank of Australia teamed with the Cintra Company of Spain to acquire the $1.8 billion concession on the Chicago Skyway.

    Leif A. Dormsjo was appointed by Governor Martin O�Malley as Deputy Secretary of Planning and Project Management for the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) on June 12, 2013. With a $4.4 billion annual budget, MDOT is a 10,000-employee department comprising the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, the Port of Baltimore, the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, and an extensive mass transit and highway network.As Deputy Secretary of Planning and Project Management, Mr. Dormsjo is focused on using new and innovative ways to deliver a truly integrated transportation system for the State of Maryland. Key initiatives moving forward under his leadership include the next generation of transit projects (Corridor Cities Transitway, Purple Line and Red Line) and MDOT�s existing public-private partnership projects at the I-95 travel plazas and the Port of Baltimore. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Dormsjo was Acting Deputy Transportation Secretary since August 2012, serving as Chief Operating Officer for MDOT.He also was the Senior Advisor to the Maryland Transportation Secretary. In this role, he focused on advancing real estate, infrastructure and transit-oriented development (TOD) projects. Mr. Dormsjo served as the Secretary�s Chief of Staff from 2007 to 2010. He has significant experience in public-sector management, having served as the Chief of Staff for the Baltimore Department of Transportation as well as the Deputy Director of the CitiStat Program in the Baltimore Mayor�s Office.He received a bachelor�s degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. Mr. Dormsjo earned a master�s degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, with a concentration in transportation policy and urban affairs. During his graduate school study, he was selected to work with the Boston Public School System as a Rapport Public Service Fellow. Early in his career, he interned with United States Senator Bill Bradley.

    Jane has held a number of senior positions across the public and private infrastructure sector in America, most recently serving on the Transition Team for President Barack Obama with a focus on transportation policies and related challenges facing the new Administration. Prior to that, Jane headed the US Public/Private Partnerships advisory group at JPMorgan, where she advised states on financing strategies to facilitate much needed project delivery for state governments. From 1997 to 2002, Jane served as the 14th Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), having been nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the Senate in August 1997. She was the first FAA administrator to serve a five- year term and was responsible for navigating the industry through the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Prior to becoming FAA Administrator, Jane served as Acting Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Among her accomplishments at FHWA, she conceived and developed the Innovative Financing Initiative, enabling states to use federal highway funds more effectively. Most of the funds-management methods tested by more than 30 states under this initiative were later enacted into law. Before joining the FHWA, Ms. Garvey was director of Boston’s Logan International Airport. From 1988 to 1991, she was Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Public Works.Jane has received numerous awards and public recognition including the National Air Transportation Association’s Distinguished Service Award, the National Council of Public-Private Partnerships Leadership Award, the National Award of Excellence for Public leaders and the Woman of the Year award from Women in Transportation and Women in Politics. In 2002, the Association of Road and Transportation Builders Association presented her with their highest honour, as she joined the list of The Hundred Leaders in Transportation in the 20th century. She currently serves on several corporate boards and commissions, including the Bipartisan Policy Project which is examining the future of transportation policy in the United States.

    Gerri Magie is a managing director at Swap Financial Group, a leading independent advisor on swaps and complex financial structures.� Swap Financial Group advises clients on market strategy, transaction design, pricing, documentation, transaction management and financial reporting.� Gerri has over 15 years of experience in public finance, most of which has focused on the higher education and not-for-profit sector.� Previously she worked as a banker at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital where she covered a diverse range of public and private colleges and universities, academic medical centers and not-for-profit institutions nationwide.� Prior to that, she worked in the public finance department at JP Morgan.� Gerri received a B.A. in economics from Smith College and a master’s in finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
