    Nicholas Sourbis is managing director and the Head of Fixed-Income Investor Relations for National Public Finance Guarantee communicating to investors and all other outside constituents on a regular basis.Prior to joining the National management team, Mr. Sourbis was a managing director and head of the Global Transportation and Infrastructure Group within the Public Finance Division at MBIA Insurance Corporation. He was responsible for leading MBIA's new business activities in these sectors including airports, toll roads, other transportation related projects and various infrastructure financings.� At MBIA, Mr. Sourbis also led the Enterprise Finance Department and through mid-2001 he was the head of the Consumer Asset-Backed Department at MBIA Insurance Corp.Prior to MBIA, he spent over six years with Swiss Bank Corporation in both New York and London where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of a number of asset-backed transactions.Mr. Sourbis has an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business Administration and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.

    Hetty joined Moody’s as an analyst in 2003 and is currently a Team Leader and co-manager of the Chicago Office. She is responsible for a team of analysts covering public finance local government credits in the Midwest, focusing on Ohio, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Kansas, and Nebraska. In addition to overseeing a portfolio of ratings, she is a member of various internal committees and has contributed to several methodologies. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Women in Public Finance. Prior to joining Moody's, she was a senior consultant at KPMG LLP in their Dispute Advisory Services practice, providing accounting, valuation, and litigation arbitration services to corporate and public sector clients. Hetty has a BS in Human Development from Cornell University and an MS in Urban Policy from the New School University in New York City.

    Justin Hoogendoorn is the Managing Director of the Strategic Analytics Group for BMO Capital Markets Global Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities. He is responsible for guiding the development of relative value investment strategies, including yield curve analysis, sector/security trends and strategic outlooks.� Within the relative value discussion, Justin leads the municipal bond strategy research.� Furthermore, he integrates sector and macro expectations with client objectives and constraints to create customized portfolio and issuer strategies.� �Justin has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg, as well as other TV stations, and is frequently quoted in Bloomberg, the Bond Buyer, Dow Jones Newswires, Reuters, Business Week, and Fox News Service.Prior to joining the firm in October 2003, Justin served as a fixed income portfolio manager with Northern Trust from 1995 to 2003. He has a proven track record managing several billion dollars in total return oriented and income oriented portfolios including mutual funds, institutional assets, and high net worth individual portfolios. Justin gained expertise trading and managing an encompassing set of fixed income instruments while advising taxable and tax-exempt clients with a diverse set of objectives and constraints.Justin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor�s degree from CalvinCollege in Michigan. Justin received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1998 and is currently a member of the CFA Institute and the Investment Analyst Society of Chicago (IASC). He is also a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

    Juliet Stiehl is a Vice President at Assured Guaranty. Juliet serves as a credit analyst, making insurance recommendations for municipal issues in the Midwestern, Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions of the U.S. As a municipal generalist, she covers many different sectors including general obligation, utility and transportation issues. Juliet started her career in the municipal bond guaranty industry with Assured Guaranty Municipal (formerly known as FSA) as an analyst. She is a member of the NFMA and MAGNY, and she received her B.A. with honors in Government from Harvard University.
