    Andy Nakahata is a Director in the Public Finance Department of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Andy joined Citi in 2010 and brings extensive public finance experience while at two other major banks. Andy is based in San Francisco and serves a wide variety of west coast public finance clients. Andy has served as senior manager on more than $30 billion of financings over the course of his career. His current focus is Northern California local government issuers, west coast higher education, western region public power and western region state issuers. Over nearly 20 years, Andy has lead financings for a number of the largest municipal issuers in the western region. Andy has a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Master's in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management.

    Mr. DeGroot is a Managing Director and heads J.P. Morgan’s Municipal Research and Strategies efforts. Mr. DeGroot has been the top ranked municipal bond strategist for eight consecutive years (2003 - 2010), based on the annual Institutional Investor Research pole. JP Morgan’s Municipal Research Group publishes daily and weekly market analytics and commentary for issuer and investor clients. The team also advises the firm’s investor clients on effective risk and performance management in tax-exempt and taxable municipal bond portfolios. Peter recently joined J.P. Morgan from Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers where he was a Managing Director and head of the municipal strategies team. Mr. DeGroot began his career in 1984 in the Investment Banking Division at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, in New York. He holds degrees from the Saint Francis College in Computer Science and Business Management.

    Edward J. De La Rosa established De La Rosa & Co. in 1989 to provide capital for public and private infrastructure projects across California. In slightly more than two decades, the firm has grown to become a leading underwriter and market maker for California municipal bonds and taxable fixed-income securities. Mr. De La Rosa believes in high-quality service and a high level of ethics. He has servedtwo terms on the Professional Qualifications Advisory Committee of the MunicipalSecurities Rulemaking Board, where he set professional standards for investmentbankers and bond brokers financing public and private projects. He has also served twoterms as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Public Securities Association.Mr. De La Rosa leads his firm’s corporate citizenship program. The program supportsscholarships, health-care services and other programs in communities across California.The firm’s signature program is “Fabric of Society,” an annual essay contest by which thefirm awards scholarships to California public high school seniors.Mr. De La Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Management from Yale University and aBachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. In2004, he was awarded the Dean’s Alumni Achievement Award from the Yale School ofManagement. Mr. De La Rosa currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors forYale University’s School of Management.
