Sandy Wightman is director of Managed Services at Amdocs. Wightman established the Amdocs' Managed Services activities in North America in conjunction with Yossi Raveh. She is now taking a major role in expanding this initiative to have global focus. Before Amdocs, Wightman was a director of Product Management in a software services company with outsourcing focus. She has more than 20 years' progressive experience in outsourcing, managed service, telecom and military and commercial software organizations, and has held leadership positions in product management, marketing, production operations and technical program management.

Dr M. A. Ketabchi is the founder, CTO, EVP and Chairman of Savvion, a business process management (BPM) company. Dr. Ketabchi is a BPM expert and manages Savvion's Product Group, which includes product management, product development, quality assurance, customer support and product training. Dr. Ketabchi was a full professor at the Computer Engineering Department of Santa Clara University and the director of the Object and Multimedia Technologies Research Laboratory when he founded Savvion in 1994. He is well known for his pioneering research in object-oriented database management systems and object-oriented application development technologies. He has published extensively in the various areas of object technology and its applications and has consulted with many companies, including Computer Associates, Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Fujitsu.

Doug Maltais is senior technology solutions education consultant for EMC Education Services. Maltais has been involved in the creation and delivery of expert-level product and solutions training for EMC's personnel and customers. Marty Moseley serves as chief technology officer at Initiate Systems where he is responsible for the company's strategic technology direction, development and future product evolution. Intitiate Systems, Inc. is the leading provider of customer-centric master data management software for companies and government agencies that want to create the most complete, real-time views of people, households and organizations from data dispersed across multiple application systems and databases.

Susan Cypra leads Archstone Consulting's Post-Merger-Integration practice. She has supported numerous merger integration projects across a variety of industries, including life sciences, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing. Types of merger activity on which she has worked include small acquisitions, mergers of equals and divestitures.

Maureen Pich� is a principal in Archstone Consulting's Operations practice. Throughout her 22-year career, she has led many merger integration programs both as a consultant and industry executive. She has worked with utilities, consumer pack aged goods and manufacturing enterprises. Her experience ranges from target selection, evaluation and due diligence through post-merger integration execution.

Alex Gorelik is the chief executive officer at Waterline Data, a data governance firm. Prior to Waterline Data, Gorelik served as general manager of Informatica’s Data Quality Business Unit. He joined Informatica from IBM, where he was an IBM distinguished engineer for the information integration team. IBM acquired Alex’s second startup, Exeros, where he was founder, CTO and vice president of engineering.
