Mike Koclanes is the senior vice president of sales and marketing and chief strategy Officer for Plasmon. He has previously held the positions of CEO and CTO of CreekPath Systems Inc., an early innovator in storage management software where he was recognized as a “Storage CTO of the Year” in 2003 by the Enterprise Strategy Group. Koclanes has also held titles of VP of Marketing, GM of Storage Automation, and director of New Products at Sun Microsystems and Exabyte. At Sun Microsystems, he was part of the executive team that launched operations in Europe, and at Exabyte he led the introduction of the first fibre attached tape libraries.

Dichmann has more than 18 years of industry experience in both techincal and business roles, working with small, startup and established businesses. Arunachalam T is a technical architect with the BI Centre of Excellence, SETLabs, Infosys Technologies Ltd. He has several years of experience in business intelligence and data warehousing and has successfully implemented large data warehouses. He is an Inmon-certified CIF architect. He is also a TDWI-Certified business intelligence professional and DAMA certified data management professional. He is also a TOGAF 8 certified enterprise architect. He is responsible for developing solutions and frameworks in the areas of data warehousing and BI, including ETL, metadata, search and migration of BI reporting data.
