Terri Kelly is the Executive Vice President of Business Banking at Flushing Bank where she is “responsible for managing and growing the Business Banking division for the bank.”�Manage all aspects of C&I loan business for the bank including business development, underwriting, credit approval, servicing, operations, portfolio management and asset recovery. �Business commercial loan products include, small business, middle market, large corporate (SNC), and SBA.Manage all aspects of Cash Management services for the bank.� Oversee product development, vendor management, revenue and profitability for Cash Management products.Responsible for establishment of policies, guidelines, procedures for credit and risk for Business Banking and Cash Management. �Present credits for approval to Management Loan Committee, Directors Loan Committee and Asset Classification Committee.Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets and strategic initiatives. Establish goals and objectives for the Cash Management and Business Banking teams. �Establish and oversee team’s incentive plans. Create product promotional campaigns.Manage a team of Senior Vice Presidents that oversee Credit Center, Cash Management and Business Banking sales teams.Before coming to Flushing Bank, Terri had 22 years of experience working in commercial banking. �She was the Senior Vice President in Commercial Banking for Bank of America where she managed Business Banking and Middle Market teams. �Prior experience was with Citibank as a Senior Relationship Manager overseeing a team of bankers developing and managing commercial customers.Among the organizations that Terri has been involved in are the American Heart Association, American Cancer Association, Long Island Forum for Technology, New York Business Development Corp., National Association of Women Business Owners, �The Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women and The Risk Management Association.� She is also a board member of the Queens Museum.�

Brian Buckingham is the VP of US Services at Nomis Solutions, working with clients to implement best-in-class product and pricing solutions that enable deep customer understanding and data-driven decision making in a rapidly evolving market.� Previously Brian served as director of deposit products for small business at MUFG Union Bank, where he drove fee and interest rate pricing strategy, new product development and portfolio management. Prior to MUFG Union Bank, Mr. Buckingham held leadership positions at WaMu (acquired by Chase Bank) in both the consumer deposit product organization, as well as pricing management for home equity products, where he deployed an industry-leading price optimization solution. Mr. Buckingham holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Pomona College, and is a graduate of the CBA Executive Banking School program.

John is a Senior Information Security Analyst with the Synovus’ Information Risk and Resiliency division with responsibility for Third Party Risk management within the Risk Governance team. Over the past 19 years at Synovus, he has held various operational and leadership roles in product development, technology, e-commerce, payments, procurement and vendor management.John is a graduate of Auburn University with Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Automation engineer with 25+ years experience in IT as developer , systems analyst, consulting, solution architect, project manager and operations manager. 15 years in financial industry, as a solutions architect, specialist in EDM, BPM, distributed applications and backoffice solutions for bank. 8 years as solutions architect, project manager and operation manager for insurance and private pensions solutions, with solutions deployed in Brazil, China and India, responsible for architecture, development, delivery and support. Project manager for ERP in a variety of industries, including chemical, electronics, health and financial. Since 2009 at IBM as Cloud Technology Leader for Latin America, specialist in cloud computing, cognitive computing and Internet of Things. Today is the main evangelist of IBM Latin America for platform of digital innovation, acting as speaker in the main events, conferences and congress in Brazil and abroad, in companies and universities, also acts as mentor for hackathons, accelerators and incubators in Latin America.

Teresa Schumann-Dodson is COO/Executive Vice President of Persolvo Data Systems in Irvine, California. Teresa also sits on the Executive Board of The Association of Settlement Companies (TASC) for the last 3 years. Her years of experience in the debt settlement industry brought her to the current position she holds with Persolvo Data Systems. Persolvo Data Systems automates the settlement process between debt settlement companies and Creditors, Collectors and Debt Buyers. Teresa background includes over 6 years of experience in the debt settlement industry.Her introduction to the debt settlement industry was acting as COO of one of the largest debt settlement company back in 2003 to 2005. She then moved on to help build yet another debt settlement company. During those years she has worked relentlessly trying to bridge the gap between Debt Settlement Companies and Creditors.Teresa's background also includes 17 years of corporate leadership experience. Has successfully directed company management in achieving desired levels of growth. Demonstrated the ability to combine visionary, strategic, and tactical operational expertise to produce bottom-line results and financial strength. She has a proven track record of increasing and organizations efficiency, enhance productivity and has lead successfully from small start ups to medium sized organizations and to evolve into large corporate expansion.
