In 2013 he was one of 100 innovators on British Airways inaugural UnGrounded flight where he and his team founded the AdvisHer initiative to advise, advocate, and accelerate Women in STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Math); an effort that was recognized by the United Nations at the 39th G8 innovation summit. Whurley is a published author and frequent public speaker focusing his personal efforts on innovation and diversity.

    Tony Hadley is Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy for the Experian Group of companies. He leads the regulatory agenda relating to consumer reporting, financial markets, direct marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and privacy for 15 years.� He advises the Experian Global Risk Management Council on such activities in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.Tony represents Experian before a number of trade groups and alliances.� These include the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA), the Consumer Data Industry Association, the Internet Advertising Bureau, the Internet Alliance, the US Chamber of Commerce, the American Financial Services Association, the Consumer Bankers Association, and the US Chamber of Commerce.� Tony is Chairman of the National Business Coalition on E-commerce and Privacy.��

    Elizabeth Khalil is a partner at Dykema Gossett PLLC in Chicago and Washington, DC.� She focuses her practice on all aspects of regulatory compliance for financial institutions, including privacy and data security and emerging payment systems. She formerly held senior attorney and compliance positions at the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).� At the FDIC, she chaired the interagency team that produced the FFIEC’s Social Media: Consumer Compliance Risk Management Guidance.� She also served as a senior associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP (formerly Hogan & Hartson), where she led the team that produced the original PLI Financial Institutions Answer Book.She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Federal Communications Bar Association. She graduated from Georgetown University and the University of Michigan Law School.

    Robert Meloche, Senior Director, Global Financial Inclusion, Visa Inc leads the company’s financial inclusion efforts in the U.S., while working on a variety of global programs supporting underbanked households. A member of Visa’s global client and business solutions team, Rob works to design products and programs that can help improve the lives of excluded populations while generating long-term commercial value for the company.Rob previously served as the acting director of Visa’s financial inclusion program in Sub-Saharan Africa, and has led a variety of the company’s partnerships with NGOs and civil society organizations.Rob Joined Visa from the non-profit microfinance field, previously serving as a vice president at Opportunity International. Before Opportunity, Rob held a variety of management positions in both the public affairs and technology sectors, including as a VP at Weber Shandwick.
