    Stephen is the firm’s chief strategy officer and chief executive officer of GS Bank USA. He is a member of the Management Committee, Firmwide Capital Committee, Firmwide Risk Committee, Growth Markets Executive Committee and GS Bank USA Management Committee.�Stephen joined Goldman Sachs in 1993 as an associate in the Financial Institutions Group. In 1996, he transferred to Emerging Markets/Capital Markets in the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Division. In 1998, he moved to the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group and served as chief operating officer of the Telecom, Media and Technology Group from 2004 to 2005. Stephen served as chief operating officer for the Investment Banking Division from 2005 to 2007 and was head of the Americas Financing Group before serving as global head of the Financing Group from 2008 to 2014.�He began his current role as chief strategy officer in 2014, and led the firm's Latin American business from 2011 to 2016 before assuming responsibility for GS Bank USA. Stephen was named managing director in 2001 and partner in 2002. Stephen serves on the board of the JewishMuseum in New York and the New York Stem Cell Foundation. He earned an AB from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 1986 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1990.

    Betty Johnson began her career with the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles in 1982.� She has held a variety of positions and is currently Administrator of the Driver and Vehicle Records Division.� In this position she is responsible for oversight of the DMV Fraud Unit and the title, registration, and specialty license plate programs.��� Ms. Johnson has been an active participant in the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) activities for over twenty years and currently serves as Chair of the Vehicle Committee.�

    Mark Papoccia is the Head of Business Banking & Small Business Strategy, responsible for defining the customer experience through strategy, product, segmentation, policy and process at BMO Harris Bank.� Mark has more than 27 years of financial service industry experience and has been a part of BMO Harris’ staff for 24 years both in customer-facing and operational responsibilities.�Mark has lead Small Business, Business Banking and Middle Market sales teams in addition to mandates that have included management of the Bank’s centralized underwriting / portfolio management units.� From 1992 until 1996 Mark was also instrumental in the development and execution of the Bank’s U.S. Small Business Administration program.�Mark graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois with Finance and Marketing degrees and his Masters of Business Administration in Financial Services from Dalhousie University.Mark has served on several economic, non-profit and small business development boards.� He currently serves on the Growth Corp, a US Small Business Administration Certified Development Company and is an adjunct business professor.��
