He has also held the positions of President of First of Michigan, the state�s largest brokerage firm, and President of Sterling Bank and Trust, a $1 billion asset bank based in Southfield, Michigan. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science and the University of Michigan Executive MBA program, Mark is also a Certified Public Accountant, and an NASD-registered representative, Series 7, 63, and 24. Mark is currently a Director of CU Solutions Group. He is also a former board member of Cash Station, Inc., Co-Op Network, Service Center Corporation, GreenPath, Inc. and the Foundation Board of Trustees of Henry Ford Health System. Mark�s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Eileen Cherry Clark, Corporate Relationship Manager at Baxter Credit Union, is responsible for strategically growing targeted Select Employee Groups (SEG). Responsibilities include expanding and deepening SEG relationships, proactively seeking partner opportunities, creating noteworthy events to gain visibility and proactively grow membership. She also oversees multiple projects, and provides SEG guidance and support to internal departments for cross-sell opportunities. Eileen graduated with MBA honors from Lake Forest and has years of experience in outside sales, leading events, and management. Eileen was a speaker at the national Grow Show conference both in 2004 and 2008. She is a co-founder of the Illinois BD Round Table hosted at the ICUL and selected as the Membership Lead for a nationwide Women�s Group. Eileen also received an Outstanding Volunteer Award for teaching in February 2013.
