Joel Hardi designs and implements identity, authentication, screening, and eligibility solutions for the federal government and private sector clients. As Solutions Architect, Mr. Hardi has worked on large scale citizen-facing implementations for agencies including CMS, IRS, USPS and SSA. He has also worked on similar problems for Equifax's commercial clients in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Hardi has more than 10 years' experience in in identity, security engineering, design and policy.

Ann Gunning is Chief Information Officer at Decision Dynamics. where she is responsible for leading the software company’s product development and strategic planning, information technology operations, and customer service.� Since joining the company in 2005, she has been responsible for developing the Electronic Lien and Title and Electronic Vehicle Registration products for the company, which are now used by over 3,900 lenders, finance companies, and dealers throughout the United States. Ann also serves as chair of the National Title Solutions Forum’s Electronic Lien and Title Subcommittee and co-chair of ESRA’s eTitling Working Group.� Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.

Vijay Padmanabhan is a Policy Advisor at Google Inc. specializing in advertising policy.� Prior to joining Google he was an Assistant Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University, teaching international human rights. Vijay also visited at the Center for Business and Human Rights at NYU Stern. From 2003-2008 he served as an attorney-advisor at the US Department of State focusing on human rights and terrorism.� Vijay clerked for the Honorable James L. Dennis of the US Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in New Orleans.� He is a graduate of NYU Law School and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Mr. Neu is the Portfolio Manager and founder of the Evolution Income Funds within Evolution Capital Management.� These funds have invested in marketplace lending debt securities and loans since 2012.� He has more than 13 years of experience trading global markets and also has played a significant role in managing technology integration into the investment process at Evolution. He joined Evolution at inception in 2002 and has been involved in building out several of the firm’s arbitrage, event driven and volatility strategies that cover markets across Asia.� Mr. Neu graduated with a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team.
