Scott Talbott is responsible for developing and executing ETA’s federal and state legislative and regulatory strategies on behalf of ETA’s more than 500 member companies. During his short tenure at ETA he has already grown the government affairs department exponentially.He has not only transformed ETA’s advocacy policy but has provided ETA with a stronger voice in Washington.Prior to joining ETA, Mr. Talbott served as the Senior Vice President for Public Policy at The Financial Services Roundtable, where he directed the overall policy strategy, managed the daily legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts, as well as directed communications. Mr. Talbott also served as counsel to the organization and managed the Roundtable’s Political Action Committee. He has received numerous accolades in his tenure, including being named a top lobbyist by The Hill in both 2009 and 2011-2015, as well as a “winner” for his work during the economic collapse of 2008 by Washingtonian magazine. In 2010, he appeared in the Oscar-winning film “Inside Job.” Once named NPR’s favorite bank lobbyist, he is a frequent contributor to both national and international media. Mr. Talbott joined the Roundtable in 1994 after working in the tax departments of Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University, cum laude, and his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

Bobbie manages & oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of data required for the Community Reinvestment Act, as well as support commitments made by the Bank to community groups.��� Responsible for managing staff responsible for day-to-day CRA, CRA Sunshine and HMDA data collection and reporting.� Bobbie’s prior experience includes having worked as a Commissioned Compliance Examiner at the Federal Reserve Banks of Dallas and Chicago and at the FDIC.� In the past, Bobbie has taught CRA Advanced Techniques, the Compliance and Fair Lending Schools at the Federal Reserve Board.� Additionally, she has worked within the private banking industry at Chase and State Farm Banks. �

Karrie Truglia joined VPC in 2015 and is a Principal. She is primarily responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing and management of direct private debt and equity investments in the specialty finance sector. Ms. Truglia also actively works to further develop VPC’s debt capital markets area focused on strategically portfolio financings.Previously, Ms. Truglia was a Director in Global Securitized Products at Citigroup focused on asset backed security financing and complex capital markets solutions for global and domestic financial services organizations. She also worked in other management positions at Bear Stearns & Co., Assured Guaranty and BMW Financial Services.Ms. Truglia received a B.S. in Accounting & Finance with honors and an MBA from Mt. St. Mary’s College
