Stevens is president for Pacific Midwest, which includes the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and 17 states throughout the Midwest and Rocky Mountains. In addition, she oversees Regional Marketing nationally for Regional Banking. She also is the head of Small Business Banking, which provides a full range of financial services to 3 million business customers with annual revenues up to $5 million.Within Pacific Midwest Regional Banking, Stevens has responsibility for nearly 2,150 banking stores, 5,500 ATMs and more than 34,000 team members who serve consumers and small businesses.A California native, Stevens began her career with Wells Fargo in 1989. Prior to assuming her current leadership posts, she was president of California Regional Banking.Long devoted to the communities she serves, Stevens is active in the nonprofit community. She serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the Executive Committee of the California Business Roundtable, California Business for Education Excellence, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Arizona State University’s Global Institute of Sustainability, Board of Regents for Santa Clara University and the Advisory Committee for The Shriver Report.� She also served on the Board of the California Chamber of Commerce, San Francisco Opera, National Boys and Girls Club of America, The Center on Philanthropy and Public Policy and the board of The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools.Stevens earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in economics, philosophy and communications from Santa Clara University.
