    Brian is the head of strategy for business banking at Citizens Bank. In his current role Brian leads a number of strategic efforts to develop new partnerships, products and processes to better serve the Bank’s customers and increase revenue and returns.Previously, Brian was the head of sales management for the commercial bank at Citizens. In this role Brian oversaw sales strategy, incentive programs, relationship with product partners, sales reporting and training.Brian came to Citizens in early 2009 to build and run Premier Banking. Premier Banking focuses on the mass affluent consumer segment offering both banking and investment services to retail clients.Before joining the Citizens, Brian spent 21 years at Bank of America and predecessor banks. At BofA he held a number of roles including: Regional Director of Premier Banking & Investments. In this capacity Brian managed both the banking and brokerage units. Previous to this role Brian was the National Sales Executive for Business Banking responsible for all aspects of sales and sales management. Earlier in his career Brian held various roles in the commercial bank from relationship manager to eventually overseeing a commercial banking group and then heading up sales and marketing for Small Business and Commercial Banking at Fleet Bank.Brian began his career in the investment business as a Registered Representative with Fidelity Investments in Boston. At Fidelity he became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and earned several securities licenses including Series 6, 63, 7 as well as his life insurance license. Brian has gone on to earn FINRA supervisory licenses including: Series 24, 53, 66 & 4.Brian graduated in 1982 from University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He received his MBA from Boston College in 1988 and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation in 1986 from the College for Financial Planning.

    Mr. Nance is co-founder and Managing Partner of Club Hill Capital, an investment management firm focused on opportunities in consumer and small business loans. Prior to Club Hill, he had over 13 years of lending experience at Capital One and HSBC where he held a variety of credit, marketing, and pricing roles across credit card, unsecured installment, revolving credit, mortgage and home equity, covering all parts of the credit spectrum. Mr. Nance earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Management and a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University.�
