Jon Riber is a Senior Vice President for DBRS and has managed the company's student loan ABS team since 2011. �Over the past few years, Jon has rated the majority of student loan asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions brought to the capital markets, including all of the transactions issued by student loan refinance lenders in the fintech space. �Jon also rates several warehouse lending facilities provided by investment banks in the sector. Jon has developed and maintains the DBRS methodologies and criteria for the rating of federally funded and private student loan securitizations. �Jon acts as a voting member on the DBRS Rating Committee which approves rating actions for all consumer ABS transactions. From 2003 to 2010, Jon was a Vice President within Citigroup Global Markets’ RMBS investment banking group where he focused on the origination and securitization of all types of mortgage related assets. From 2000 to 2003, Jon worked in the ABS investment banking �group at Wachovia Securities where he managed the structuring and securitization of ABS transactions.� From 1997 to 2000, Jon worked in the investment banking group at Prudential Securities focusing on ABS and RMBS deals. �Jon hold a BS from UMASS, Amherst and an MBA from Bentley University.�

Sheila has also worked for telecomm market leaders such as Nokia, Vienna Systems and Mitel Corporation.�
