    Gavin Harding, senior business consultant at Experian

    With more than 20 years experience in banking and finance Gavin brings a deep understanding of both the issues facing clients and the practical challenges involved in implementing solutions.For more than half of his career Gavin held senior leadership positions with a large regional bank, gaining experience in commercial and small business strategy, SBA lending, credit and risk management and sales.Gavin has guided organizations through strategic change initiatives and regulatory and supervisory oversight issues. During his banking tenure Gavin had responsibility for implementing a range of Experian solutions and has spoken at Experian’s annual Vision Conference.Previously Gavin worked in the business leasing, agricultural and construction equipment sectors in sales and credit management roles.

    Laura DeSoto is senior vice president of marketing for Experian’s Business Information Services. In her current role, DeSoto is responsible for the strategic direction, development and execution of product, marketing, and data strategy activities for Experian’s commercial credit business.�Since joining Experian in 1997, DeSoto has held a variety of management roles in marketing, innovation, product management and sales, most recently serving as senior vice president of sales and strategic initiatives for Experian’s Credit Services and Decision Analytics business. In that role, she was responsible for leading Experian’s West Region sales organization and supporting strategic sales initiatives, and was named Experian’s North America Salesperson of the Year in 2012. Prior to Experian, DeSoto served as the vice president of corporate development and strategy for Ideon, a financial services organization. While there, she successfully led company mergers and acquisitions, and partnership activities. Before that, DeSoto was a management consultant for Arthur Anderson LLP, where she led numerous engagements for financial services, consumer products and technology clients.�DeSoto holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from San Diego State University.

    Ross Revenaugh is Managing Director, Investor Relations at Echelon Asset Management. Ross joined Echelon from Windhaven Investment Management (formerly Windward Investment Management) where he was Managing Director in the firm’s Institutional Group. While at Windward, Ross served as an Investment Committee member and lead the firm’s California office. �Prior to joining Windward in 2008, Ross was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Robertson Stephens. �Ross also served as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army.Ross received a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
