Manny worked extensively in the affinity channel developing strategic alliances with several major property and casualty insurance carriers.Manny began his career at the Allstate Insurance Company (1985), where he initially started in the controller function as a Financial Analyst. He spent seven years in various finance roles with rotations to Sales and Claims. He was then promoted to Personal Lines Director in the Northbrook, IL corporate headquarters. Manny led various major initiatives to improve the performance of the Allstate property book to include the opportunity lines of mobile home, condo, renters, etc. He was also appointed to lead the Hispanic marketing initiative.Manny earned an M.A. in Organization Development from University of Incarnate Word as well as a B.A. in Business Administration from Benedictine College. He participated in the ROTC Program while in college and served in the U.S. Army National Guard.Manny is married and is the proud father of twin daughters who are recent graduates of TCU in Fort Worth, Texas.
