    Ed Jennings leads the Copanion team as President and CEO. Ed has progressively emerged as a voice in the tax and accounting industry, specifically in the areas of tax document automation, scanning, and the paperless tax workflow. He has been featured as a content expert in The CPA Technology Advisor, Accounting Today, and USAToday. He was also awarded The CPA Technology Advisor’s coveted 40 Under 40 award in 2009 and played an integral role in Copanion’s back-to-back Technology Innovation Award wins in 2008 and 2009. He is also a featured speaker at events hosted by the AICPA.Prior to his appointment as CEO, Ed served as Copanion's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Before joining Copanion, Ed was Vice President of Marketing at PTC, where he was responsible for all communication vehicles and go-to-market programs in multiple vertical markets. He was previously General Manager at Into Networks, where he led the expansion of the company's technology into the financial services market. He has held senior positions at AT&T, Qwest Communications and Broderbund Software. A graduate of Boston College, Jennings holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Lee Eisenstaedt brings more than 35 years of finance and operations experience to the clients of L. Harris Partners LLC.� Since co-founding the firm in 2010, Lee has served as COO for a top 50 accounting firm and surveyed/interviewed several thousand clients of CPA firms.� Prior to L. Harris Partners, Lee was COO for the Upper Midwest region of a top five accounting firm. Before that, he spent 21 years with the SC Johnson family of companies in the U.S. and Western Europe and six years with Baxter International.Lee is the co-author of the book �Wallet Share: Grow Your Practice Without Adding Clients,� which was published in May 2014.� He received his MBA from Northwestern University and his BA from Franklin & Marshall College. He has attended executive programs on marketing at Harvard, Wharton, and Northwestern Universities, and is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing, and an associate member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of CPAs.

    Michael Downey is co-chair of the Accounting Focus Group at the national law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP. He represents and advises accountants in matters ranging from civil litigation and criminal investigations to partner terminations to compliance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. Mike has presented on accounting ethics more than 40 times and has been quoted in the New York Times and appeared as a guest on NPR’s Talk of the Nation to discuss risk management and technology issues.Mike graduated first in his class from Washington University School of Law, where he now serves as an adjunct professor teaching legal ethics and law firm practice.
