Mr. Block is currently serving a 4 year term as elected Commissioner of South Whitehall Township located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, comprising of a community of approximately 20,000 citizens. Prior to Mr. Block’s election as commissioner, he served 7 years as a member of the South Whitehall Township Zoning Hearing Board.
