Tony Hayes is a partner in the Retail & Business Banking practice of Oliver Wyman Financial Services. Based in the firm's Boston office, Tony focuses on strategic initiatives related to payments and retail banking. He has worked with leading global organizations to develop payment strategies, enhance card programs, select networks and payment processors, and improve self-service banking. Additionally, Tony led the 2008 Debit Issuer Study, the definitive benchmarking study of the U.S. debit card market, and supported Oliver Wyman's recent report on European Advanced Payments.Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Tony was the head of the Financial Services practice at Dove Consulting. Tony graduated with First Class Honors from Oxford University, where he also holds his MA degree.

His mission is to employ behavioral science principles to reduce variability in performance, ensuring a standardized, programmatic approach to collections. This approach is designed to maximize client revenue while also increasing borrowers’ satisfaction with customer service. Prior to joining Altisource in 2008, Dr. Carter was a university faculty member conducting research in the areas of consumer decision-making, social influence and the psychological representation of time. He has published in a wide variety of peer-reviewed academic journals and has coauthored book chapters published by Erlbaum and Oxford University Press. He holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tamika Cody, managing editor of Accounting Today, previously reported on middle-market private equity, initial public offerings and M&A deals for SourceMedia�s monthly publication Mergers & Acquisitions Magazine as senior reporter. Prior to joining SourceMedia in July 2010, she was an M&A reporter for the Financial Times Group subsidiary, mergermarket.com, where she covered the consumer beat for three and a half years. She started her journalism career as a video editor at WIS-TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, S.C. She also spent some time as a one-man-band reporter and fill-in anchor for SCETV-WJWJ in Beaufort, S.C. She earned her bachelor�s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of South Carolina.

Debbie is an honor graduate of Mercer University. She joined the firm in 1983 and as the firm�s Chief Operating Officer she is responsible for coordinating the financial, personnel and administrative aspects of its operations. Debbie is a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs and has held numerous executive positions with a variety of civic and professional organizations including the Partnership Against Domestic Violence, the Possible Woman Foundation International, the Atlanta Women�s Network, the Henry W. Grady Foundation, and the Association for Accounting Administration.

Frank W. Abagnale is one of the world's most respected authorities on forgery, embezzlement and secure documents. For over 35 years he has worked with, advised and consulted with hundreds of financial institutions, corporations and government agencies around the world.Mr. Abagnale's rare blend of knowledge and expertise began more than 40 years ago when he was known as one of the world's most famous confidence men. This was depicted most graphically in his best-selling book,�Catch Me If You Can, a film of which was also made, directed by Steven Spielberg with Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks. A Broadway musical of the same title was also created and in April 2011 opened on Broadway. It has since been nominated for four Tony Awards, including Best Musical.Between the ages of 16 and 21, he successfully posed as an airline pilot, an attorney, a college professor and a pediatrician, in addition to cashing $2.5 million in fraudulent checks in every state and 26 foreign countries. Apprehended by the French police when he was 21 years old, he served time in the French, Swedish and U. S. prison systems. After five years he was released on the condition that he would help the federal government, without remuneration, by teaching and assisting federal law enforcement agencies.Mr. Abagnale has now been associated with the FBI for over 35 years. More than 14,000 financial institutions, corporations and law enforcement agencies use his fraud prevention programs. In 1998 he was selected as a distinguished member of "Pinnacle 400" by CNN Financial News - a select group of 400 people chosen on the basis of great accomplishment and success in their fields. In 2004 Mr. Abagnale was selected as the spokesperson for the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA). He has also written numerous articles and books including�The Art of the Steal,�The Real U Guide to Identity Theft�and Stealing Your Life.

Jason is a systems engineer with Inflexion where he manages virtual and physical networks, and provides virtualization, data center, software and network administration support.� He has specific experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and was instrumental in implementing VDI at Anders CPAs + Advisors.� He leads the management and support the firm�s 160+ virtual desktops and infrastructure. Using the CPA-firm experience, Jason also provides other clients with optimal VDI environments to work in � in the office, at home or almost anywhere they need to be.
