    Sharon Emek is founder, president and CEO of Work At Home Vintage Experts (WAHVE), an innovative talent solution that engages vintage professionals “phasing” into retirement who work remotely from home on a contract basis for insurance firms across the country.     Scott Palmer is a Product Innovation Consultant at CCC Information Services, contributing to the company’s science-based analytics and research for auto claims solutions. Before joining CCC, Scott founded Injury Sciences LLC, the first and leading provider of science-based auto claim evaluation technologies, which was acquired by CCC in 2012.Scott has worked in the field of injury causation since 1987. He is the architect of numerous claims technologies that facilitate the use of repair estimate data to evaluate the cause of injuries and auto “black box” information in the evaluation of liability and injury causation. During his career, Scott has also been actively involved in low velocity collision and soft tissue injury research and has been a test subject in over a dozen low velocity collision experiments, many of which have been published.

    Joe Kleinhenz is the vice president, Data & Analytics Strategy for Allstate Insurance Company. He is responsible for developing, implementing and driving adoption of data, analytics and technology-based solutions in support of the company’s business strategies. He leads a team of big data engineers who identify opportunities across the enterprise where advanced data and analytics techniques can increase business value.

    Patty Deneau is currently a Regional Claim Manager at the Auto Club Group, leading multiple teams within the organization and fostering strong relationships with industry partners.� Having been with ACG for over 38 years, Patty joined ACG during high school as a report taker, and continued on to a variation of other roles including Claim Representative, Supervisor, and Manager; eventually accepting a Regional Claim Manager position within the Casualty department.� This variety of positions and experiences have shaped her into the leader she is today in her role managing the Subrogation, Vendor Management, and Quality Assessment teams within Claims.� Patty’s teams are responsible for advocating within the company – seeking superior service and communication for the company and its’ customers as well as positively impacting the financial health of ACG. Patty is a graduate of Davenport University, with Bachelors of Business Administration degree as well as a Masters in Strategic Planning.

    Jamie Terry is an insurance professional employed by Mountain West Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.� Prior to joining Mountain West, she taught business courses at a technical college in Laramie.� She began her career with Mountain West in 2008 as the Training Specialist, where she gained an extensive understanding of insurance and insurance services.� Since 2008, she has also held positions as a Training Coordinator, and then Training Manager before most recently accepting the position of Program Director. In her training roles, she was responsible for overseeing and leading the training program for the field force, as well as their production staff. Her primary responsibilities have included supporting company recruiting and retention efforts with on-boarding training for new agents, as well as continued training programs for the agency force and their staff.Notable professional achievements include supporting company growth and retention through training and education, facilitating communication to promote product and system implementations, serving on the company’s Policy Review committee, and providing commercial and personal lines education to agents and their staff.Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming. She has attained insurance industry designations from The American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, including Associate in General Insurance and Associate in Insurance Services.� Jamie is also a certified instructor for the Sales Call Reluctance course – Fear Free Prospecting and Self Promotion, developed by Behavioral Sciences Research Press.Jamie lives in Laramie, Wyoming with her husband Robert and two children, Taylor and Teagan.     Chris Cox joined USAA in January 2014 and serves as the Chief Digital Officer. Chris leads the strategy and execution of USAA’s digital channel at an enterprise level and is responsible for envisioning and delivering an integrated, seamless, digital customer experience across the website, tablet, mobile devices, voice and emerging channels.Chris has over twenty-eight years of financial services industry experience including digital strategy, marketing, product development, portfolio management, credit and operational risk, information technology and business development. Immediately prior to joining USAA, Chris worked at Regions Financial Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President, Head of Digital Channels. Chris’ career has been primarily focused on digital and channel strategy and operations.     Ms. Applegate oversees Starr Insurance Holdings’ Underwriting Services Division, an organization dedicated to developing process efficiencies, operational best practices and data quality in support of the U.S. and Canadian insurance underwriting operations.� Ms. Applegate has held various service delivery and operations management positions with Starr Companies since 2000.� Ms. Applegate earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

    Corrin Maier is the vice president of TruStage Partner Management. In this role, she leads the strategic partnerships with Liberty Mutual, Esurance and GoHealth. She works to ensure credit union members get the protection they need.Maier joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2004 and has held numerous leadership roles in Sales, Risk Consulting and Product Management. In her most recent role as director for TruStage Insurance Program, Maier was responsible for growing our credit union business partnerships, ultimately protecting more members.Throughout her CUNA Mutual Group career, Maier has been nominated for CUNA Mutual Group’s Values in Practice Award in 2009 and 2011.     She joined Chubb in 1973 as a commercial underwriter. She managed several underwriting departments in New Haven, Westchester and NY before managing the Westchester branch from 1986-1990. During 1990, she became Worldwide Director of Human Resources and in 1995, was named Canadian Zone officer, Chairman and President of Chubb Canada. Prior to her retirement from Chubb in December for 2009, she was responsible for Chubb's international operations.While managing Chubb Canada, was also a Board Member of INROADS/Toronto Ltd., Providence Centre Foundation, Toronto Board of Trade, Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade, The United Way of Greater Toronto and the Insurance Institute of Canada. Currently, she is a Board Member of the Morristown Neighborhood House. Jan was recently recognized as one of NJ’s Best Women in Business from NJBiz and voted APIW’s Insurance Woman of the Year in 2009.She serves as Chairman of the Chubb Insurance Company of Canada board and is a member of the boards of Chubb Atlantic Indemnity and Chubb Insurance Company of Europe.
