He has 15 years experience as a CIO and has held the positions of top Human Resources Executive, Strategic Planning Officer and Data Management Officer. He created and led a major insurance carrier’s Project Management Office and has significant hands-on system development experience and expertise. Bill was on the General Accident Group Worldwide IT leadership team charged with consolidating/standardizing the worldwide IT operations of the organization.Bill was on ACORD’s board of directors for eight years and was chairman of the board in 1999 and 2000. Bill has sat and continues to sit on a number of IT advisory boards including Oracle’s Strategic Insurance Advisory Board, Fiserv’s Insurance Advisory Board, Pitney Bowe’s Insurance Business Insight Board, MastekMajesco’s Advisory Board, X by 2’s CIO Advisory Board and IDP’s Advisory Boards and First Best’s board of directors. He was also a member of the Philadelphia Insurance Society Board of Directors. He is currently an outside director for A.M. Best Rating Services, Inc.Bill uses technology as a key for transforming the business and under his leadership as CIO at Penn National Insurance, the IT department received numerous awards including: Computerworld’s “Best 100 IT Places to Work” over a six year timeframe, twice winning Celent’s Model Carrier Award, A.M. Best’s E-Fusion award, the OMG SOA Consortium award and Ektron Best Insurance Web-Site Award. Bill was elected as an “Elite 8” insurance technology leader in 2008 by “Insurance and Technology” magazine and a 2011 Insurance IT AllStar by “Tech Decisions” magazine.Bill left Penn National Insurance Company to found the data management/business intelligence/predictive analytics consultancy concentrating in the insurance industry, Agile Insurance Analytics (AIA).Bill is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has served several years as a technology judge at A.M. Best’s E-Fusion Conference and continues to be a judge in A.M. Best’s technology “spot light” awards. Bill has authored numerous articles in various insurance industry periodicals and is frequently quoted in these magazines. He is leading an industry effort in the development of a standard insurance business glossary and data model(s) under the auspices of the Object Management Group (OMG).Bill possesses a BA from Temple University, a Master’s of Science from Drexel University and an MBA in Financial from St. Joseph’s University. Along with his co-founders, Rory participated in AngelPad, currently the #1 ranked incubator program in the US, founded by early product managers and engineers from Google.     Brian Donovan, Manager Agency Automation Donegal Insurance Group Brian manages the agency automation department at Donegal Insurance Group, which consists of eleven developers, seven help desk technicians and five business analysts, and has been with the company for close to ten years as I have been a programmer, supervisor, team leader, and development manager. Brian has been involved in Donegal’s implementation of the onsite implementation of e-SignLive e-signatures from the beginning, having performed the proof of concept and led the team that performed installation, front end workflow design, back end processing and agency marketing. Brian worked closely with e-SignLive throughout the process as Donegal Group customized the solution to meet its specific needs.

She started her career at two ad agencies and then switched over to the corporate side where she held positions at American Express, Ameriprise Financial and Luxottica. Currently, Tammy is Chief Marketing Officer at American Modern Insurance Group, part of the Munich Re family of companies.Tammy has an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in advertising and economics from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
