    Margaret Resce Milkint is Managing Partner of The Jacobson Group. She handles executive management and actuarial searches on a global basis in the areas of life, property and casualty, healthcare, reinsurance, and consulting (benefits, life and health, property and casualty) for the organization's retained search practice. She also plays a significant role in the continued development of the entire organization as a member of Jacobson�s Executive Management Team. Margaret is a key player in establishing cross-border relationships and broadening the firm�s global reach.Margaret joined the firm more than 25 years ago and has successfully completed search engagements including Board of Director members, CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CROs, Chief Underwriters and Chief Actuaries. Her international search expertise encompasses disciplines such as actuarial, underwriting, risk, finance and investment, legal, IT, sales and marketing, and claims. Prior to her tenure with the firm, she was employed by Allstate Insurance Company of Northbrook, Ill.Margaret received her bachelor's degree with concentrations in English, French and marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She currently serves as a Career Development Speaker for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Illinois. She is the former Chair of the Board of Directors for Easter Seals, DuPage and the Fox Valley Region, and a current Board Member of the Illinois Technology Foundation, focusing on the importance of communication, social media and networking skills. Margaret is also a volunteer instructor for Jobs for Youth, a non-profit organization addressing youth employment. Additionally, Margaret is a member of the Chicago Finance Exchange.As the co-founder of the Women�s Insurance Networking Group (WING), Margaret is a champion of diversity and equality in leadership in the insurance industry. WING was launched as a platform for networking among the insurance industry�s female leaders and enlightened males, those who understand the importance of diversity and equality in leadership in the insurance industry.Margaret's expertise on career and recruiting issues is widely-recognized throughout the industry. She was most recently called upon to share her perspectives with Best�s Review, Insurance & Technology, The Actuarial Review, LifeHealthPro, TechDecisions, and Diversity/Careers.     A 20-year veteran of the technology and analytics industry, Bill has a long history of building and managing world class analytic organizations that drive business growth.� At AudaExplore Bill is responsible for building and leading a best in class Decision Sciences organization.� Prior to joining AudaExplore Bill has held several analytic executive roles at industry leading organizations including Head of Analytics at Dun & Bradstreet and Leader Analytic Consulting at Fair Isaac.� He has worked with many Fortune 1000 clients building analytic organizations and solutions to drive growth and incremental revenue.� Bill served on the Board of Directors of the Buro de Credito from 2010 to 2014 and is currently a Board Advisor for BizEquity.� He holds a B.A. and M.B.A from the University of Delaware with a focus on Innovation and Technology Management.�� Bill resides in Delaware with his wife and two children and in his off time he enjoys sports, traveling and spending time at the beach.

    Tim is responsible for the administration and oversight of a $7 million program to prevent, detect and investigate claim fraud at CNA, the country�s eighth largest commercial insurance writer. Prior to his current role, he has held various positions during his 24-year career at CNA, including liability claim representative and field investigator. Prior to his career with CNA, Tim was in law enforcement for twelve years, where he served with the Avon and Somerset Constabulary in Bristol, England, and the Bermuda Police Service. Tim serves on the Board of Directors for the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud and the SIU Management Advisory Committee for the National Insurance Crime Bureau.� He has been featured in a number of industry publications and periodicals, including Insurance Networking News, Insurance & Technology magazine and Business Insurance magazine.�In 2011, Tim led the successful implementation of a groundbreaking predictive analytics program to improve claim fraud detection, in recognition for which CNA received the prestigious Celent Model Insurer Award in 2013. He currently makes his home in Phoenix, Arizona.�

    Chris has led Financial Services analytic teams for over 17 years.� Presently he�s a Senior Director of the Ameriprise Auto and Home Insurance analytic team, where he�s responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring predictive modeling and analytics across business lines.� Recent initiatives include pilots with the Strategic Investigations Unit and the Material Damage teams to reduce costs in Claims, and better leveraging of data and analytic tools for alignment across the Marketing, Underwriting, Pricing, Reserves and Claims teams.Previously Chris provided analytic solutions for a variety of units within Ameriprise.� Building teams located in a variety of geographies, he developed statistics-based product targeting tools for direct use by marketing teams, financial advisors and wholesalers, generating substantial increases in Gross Dealer Concession and Assets Under Management.� He initiated new business with the Surveillance, Securities America,and Columbia Asset Management subsidiaries which evolved into ongoing funded relationships.Prior to Ameriprise, he worked with American Express, where he was responsible for card acquisition campaign targeting, execution and tracking in international markets.� He also worked with Risk Management, where he developed and implemented new account underwriting models and created credit and authorizations risk models for consumer and small business cards.

    Peter Hahn is the head of predictive analytics for Zurich North America, where he is responsible for building analytic capabilities intended to generate actionable risk insights to improve business decisions and performance. Previously, Hahn worked for McKinsey & Co., where he led the underwriting service line for the company’s North America insurance practice and helped P&C carriers apply analytic techniques intended to improve their risk assessment, underwriting and pricing decisions. He earned his master’s of business administration from the Harvard Business School, and a bachelor of commerce and bachelor of laws degrees from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
