Michael Fisher of Chicago currently serves as Agency Field Executive of Market Development for COUNTRY Financial since March 2012.Fisher joined COUNTRY in 2007 as the director of new market development for Chicago. He then served as District 1 Director of Agencies. His most recent position was Vice President of Workforce Development and Community Relations until 2012.He has 33 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining COUNTRY, he served 25 years at Harris Bank as south suburban Market President, Vice President of commercial lending and Regional Operations Manager.An active community member, Fisher has served on numerous boards, and currently serves on the boards of Children�s Home & Aid Society, and the Lincoln College Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Harlan High School Hall of Fame, 100 Black Men of Chicago and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.Fisher has served as an adjunct professor at Robert Morris College in Chicago. He has also guest lectured in entrepreneurship studies at the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.He holds a bachelor�s degree in business administration from Bradley University, Peoria, Ill., and a master�s degree in finance from DePaul University, Chicago.��

Curt is an extremely skilled business strategist and product development consultant. He has successfully managed short and long-term projects that directly impact the profitability and growth for business clients. He has more than nineteen years of experience in providing strategic guidance, product development, and market research that is actionable, meets the clients� needs, and is on time and on budget.�Currently, Curt serves as the Connected Car Team Lead on all connected car or telematics products and services for American Family. He provides enterprise wide, strategic insights and recommendations for connected car/ telematics auto products and services. This includes managing and guiding new product development efforts from inception to product launch. It also involves collaborating with leading technology companies, telecom companies, and auto manufacturers to create strategic roadmaps and to bring products to market.Additionally, Curt has extensive experience and course work in statistics and qualitative research methods. He has a B.A. and M.A. in behavioral and social science, both from the University of Illinois, and has completed all post-graduate course work at the University of Maryland.�

Janelle Dziuk is currently Executive Director of Employee Innovation. Janelle leads employee innovation programs including: Volunteer Innovation Program, coding competitions, challenge-based innovation, university partnerships, and Innovation Certification Training.� She and her team are responsible for managing USAA's internal innovation platform--ICE, Innovation Communities for the Enterprise. �With 99% employee participation we are able to leverage the diversity and power of all employees to drive innovation. Together we have implemented more than 1,000 employee innovation ideas.Prior to her role in Innovation, Janelle led enterprise projects as a Lead Business Architect, and directed the business strategy for our member service representatives. She also led Youth Marketing and Strategy where she was responsible for product development and marketing for all non-military members ages 26 and under. She began her USAA career in 1997 in credit card marketing where she launched our first rewards program�Eagle Points and the Platinum Card.Prior to working at USAA, Janelle was the public relations coordinator for KAMU-TV, the PBS affiliate in College Station, Texas. She also worked as a communications specialist for the Animal Science Department and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.Janelle graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Journalism, with an emphasis in Marketing and Animal Science. She is married to Chris, an Environmental Investigator, and they have two wonderful daughters Katelyn and Lauren. Her family enjoys living on their ranch and is very active in the community. Janelle serves as PTO President, President of the Falls City Education Foundation, and Confirmation teacher at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She is a church choir member and softball coach. �Janelle�s father served in the Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran and her grandfather was a Pearl Harbor Survivor who retired from the Navy.�

Chris Watkins graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.� He has 17 years of Underwriting, Product Management, Project Management, and Product Development experience in personal property and casualty insurance with Allstate, USAA, and Direct General.� At Direct he leads a team committed to improving our customers� omnichannel experience through product and technical development focused on ease of use.� Most recently, he led the team that developed the Direct on the Spot� kiosks, the first fully automated quote, bind, and pay kiosks featuring Direct�s Lightning Quote� process.

Nicole VanderMey started in the insurance industry 22 years ago with Foremost Insurance and is now Director of Regulatory Administration with Assurant Inc. �Throughout her career, she has seen the business of insurance from a wide variety of perspectives, having worked in Sales, Underwriting, Project Management, Claims Strategy, Marketing, Compliance, and Regulatory Administration. �Throughout much of this career, she has coordinated philanthropic events (large and small) with coworkers. �One even earned a Guinness World Record! �Nicole lives near Miami, FL and is married, with one daughter. �Her husband is starting a nonprofit restaurant, 2Fish. �At age 5, their daughter created The Helping Handbag, a project to resell used purses to benefit Haitian orphans. �Together, Nicole's family lives by the motto: �"When you're doing what you love, it's not work."
