Tacha began her State Farm career in 1998 as an analyst in Systems Technology in Bloomington. She was promoted to leadership in 2008 within the Agency Solution Center. In 2011, she led the Cloud initiative enabling (PaaS) Platform as a Service & (SaaS) Software as a Service.� In 2013, Tacha was selected as a director in the Business Application/Architecture and Engineering area managing our high availability platforms.Tacha assumed her current role as Director in Department Operations managing our Workforce Strategy and Recruiting with responsibility for Workload management & department growth, IT role management, and Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) programs.Tacha holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Capella University.�Tacha enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.��

Katherine Burger is a Practice Lead with the Insurance and Healthcare unit at Tata Consultancy Services. She is a thought leader and communicator in the area of business technology, with a particular focus on analyzing the ways technology enables financial services organizations to be more productive, competitive and profitable. She served as Editorial Director of Insurance & Technology from 1991-2015 and Bank Systems & Technology from 2003-2015. At I&T and BS&T, in addition to directing the editorial strategy of both brands, Kathy handled both digital- and print-medium publications, spanning from new products and editorial supplements to live and online events, including summits, forums, webinars and roundtables. Kathy has been a frequent speaker and/or moderator at financial services industry conferences, and also has presented at a number of technology company user group and sales force events. She is a graduate of Carleton College.

Marik Brockman is a vice president of strategy and innovation, recently serving as interim Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, for CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer.� The company has been serving AAA members for over 100 years offering automobile, homeowners, and other personal lines of insurance through partnerships with AAA clubs. CSAA Insurance Group is rated A by A.M. Best and is one of the top property and casualty personal lines insurers in the United States.Marik joined the company in 2013 as Vice President of Strategy, creating a strategic planning function, including strategic initiative development and market analysis.� He serves in leadership roles for management of the company’s project portfolio and enterprise risk efforts.� In 2015, Marik was asked to launch an Innovation Acceleration team and he now oversees corporate development and strategic investments.Prior to joining CSAA Insurance Group, Marik was an advisory partner in the financial services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an insurance partner with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.� For 13 years in consulting, Marik developed strategies for customer experience, international growth, and omni-channel-distribution at leading P&C and Life insurance firms, including AIG, Allstate, MetLife, Guardian, Standard, ACE (now Chubb), and Liberty Mutual.Marik’s industry perspectives have been published by A.M. Best, Insurance Networking News, Insurance Journal, Information Week, MSN Money, Insurance & Technology, TheStreet.com and many others, and he speaks on macro trends and disruption at key conferences such as Silicon Valley’s 2016 “Insurance Disrupted” Conference.� Marik holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School and a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University.

Krishna Prasad is senior architect for X by 2, a technology consultancy focused on the practice of architecture in the insurance and healthcare industries. Prasad has over 25 years of delivering hands-on experience in areas such as IT strategy and roadmap development, execution planning, and agile delivery leadership for initiatives involving insurance IT modernization. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Science, computer science and eengineering from the Indian Institute of Science, India. He also received a Master of Science, computer science from the University of Cincinnati.
