    Jeff is Senior Vice President, IT Transformation, and is responsible for the successful delivery of CNA’s IT-enabled business programs, ownership of CNA’s delivery methodology and leadership in CNA’s Agile and DevOps transformations. He directly manages CNA’s relationships with managed service partners within application development and is the program leader for CNA’s Underwriting Transformation program.Prior to joining CNA in 2013, Jeff was a partner with McKinsey and Company, where he was a leader in the Insurance practice and the Business Technology Office. Prior to that role, he was a partner with Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (now PWC Advisory Services). Across both organizations, he served six of the top 10 U.S. life insurance carriers and seven of the top 10 property and casualty carriers. His engagements included development of business enabled technology strategies, IT architecture, oversight of large program deployments, support for outsourcing efforts, and development of operating and organization models for IT organizations. He began his career with the US Naval Reactors Program, designing nuclear power plans for the U.S. Navy’s submarine and aircraft carrier fleets.Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts degree in nuclear reactor physics from the University of Michigan, a Master’s of Science degree from the University of California, and a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a private pilot and is the President of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Children’s Theatre.

    Cilsy has been with The Hanover for over 20 years, mostly in technology. She was responsible for establishing the first Resource Planning function in IT, as well as the company’s first off-shore development and quality assurance teams.��Since 2004, she has been leading teams in developing� and launching multiple products and services in support of personal lines growth, including the recent rollout of The Hanover’s premium package product Platinum, and the launch of Personal Lines EDGE BPM solution for service excellence.�Her current focus is on legacy advancement, including the implementation of a comprehensive agency portal creating a true agent workstation, a robust underwriter platform leveraging Pega technology, and modernizing all product tiering and rating.� Her teams have won awards for innovation from both Pega and CGI.Cilsy has been a featured speaker at the AgencyPort and Pega Conferences.� In 2016, she earned the Certified Professional Coach designation and also has been certified as a Master Practitioner on the Energy Leadership Assessment which measures leadership potential and development opportunities.

    Vivian Chow is Vice President of Human Resources for Technology, currently leading a team to support enterprise technology groups to include Infrastructure, Digital and Business Intelligence & Analytics. She joined Travelers in late 2007 and before the technology groups, she was the HR partner for Operations, Field Management and Enterprise Underwriting, and led both technology and operations leadership development programs and technology education.Prior to Travelers, Vivian was Vice President for Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at The Hartford Courant. She started her HR career at Aetna and also gained manufacturing experience while managing diversity, compliance and employee relations at Pratt & Whitney, United Technologies.�Vivian is a graduate of the University of Oregon, with a Bachelors of Arts in Community Service and Public Affairs. Throughout her corporate career in Greater Hartford, Vivian has taken an active role in the community which included past board memberships with the YWCA, HR Committee for the Bushnell Center for Performing Arts, Hartford’s Camp Courant and the Allocation Committee of the MetroHartford Alliance.� Born and raised in Hong Kong and a mother of three, Vivian and her husband Randy enjoy traveling, movies and the visual arts.
