Moiz Kohari is president and chief executive officer of Mission Critical Linux. He has 12 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting operating systems. Before founding Mission Critical Linux, Kohari was a member of Compaq's Tru64 UNIX development and support team, concentrating on enterprise computing and multiprocessor system performance.

John Faltys founded Primal in 1996. Primal, formerly Primal Systems, Inc., has been a leader in software innovation within its chosen fields of customer relations management and business analytical tools and has already established strong positions in a number of business markets including e-commerce, Internet billing and public utilities as well as telcos and ISPs. Several software packages have been developed to serve these various markets.

Nigel Hall is the director of product marketing for Radiant Logic, Inc. He has more than 16 years of experience in relational database and systems connectivity working in, and marketing to, corporate IT organizations. Prior to joining Radiant Logic, Nigel served as senior product marketing manager for BMC Software where he was responsible for database recovery products and successfully introduced the OnlineSync for R/3, a database replication product. Previous to BMC, Hall worked as a product manager at StarQuest Software where he oversaw the inception and launch of StarPipesNT, a database connectivity offering. Additionally, he has worked as a consultant for IT organizations both in the U.S. and Europe.

John Elliott is R&D director for PentaSafe's security products. He has been developing systems management and protocol analysis-related products for the last fifteen years with a recent success in producing Hewlett Packard's OpenView Node Manager for NetWare product. With a BS in business and a BS and MS in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado, he brings a combination of business and technical knowledge together. Having contributed to the IPO of San Diego-based Peregrine Systems, he has now relocated to Houston to help PentaSafe achieve the same success.

David White is vice president of marketing for Sight & Sound Software, Inc. (now Datalex USA). White joined Sight & Sound in May, 1998 to help focus the company�s marketing efforts and develop an online travel strategy. A veteran marketing communications, product and engineering manager at Tektronix, he also spent five years as an account executive and new media division manager in a Portland-based business-to-business advertising agency. White holds a BS degree in Business Management from Marylhurst University.

Meryl Surgan of Evoke Software, formerly of ETI, has over 20 years of data processing experience. For the last four years, she has concentrated on data warehousing and understanding the issues surrounding their implementation. Surgan has been a speaker on these topics at various DAMA, DAUG and other similar group meetings/conferences.

Mark Hwang is an experienced data warehouse architect and was one of the earliest pioneers in promoting data warehousing solutions for today's problems and next-generation business needs. He has trained professionals and promoted the data warehouse concept in many professional presentations such as those made to Korea Telecom, SK Telecom, ChungHua Telecom, NCR Taiwan, Oracle Corporation, Pacific Bell and Wells Fargo Bank. He has undertaken data warehouse projects for many large corporations such as Dayton Hudson Corporation in retail, PacBell in telecom and Charles Schwab in financial services. Hwang was also an architect for the Pacific Bell data warehouse.
