    Marc S.     Stephen Huxley is Chief Investment Strategist and Founding Partner of Asset Dedication, LLC. A recognized expert in finance, investing and economics, Stephen has more than 35 years of experience researching and applying decision theory to real world problems. His prize-winning research in scheduling led to the development of the Asset Dedication approach, which applies a time and goals based approach to asset allocation. This work ultimately led to the book Asset Dedication: How to Grow Wealthy with the Next Generation of Asset Allocation (McGraw-Hill, 2004), which he co-authored with Brent Burns.Stephen is a tenured Professor of Decision Sciences at the University of San Francisco, where he has taught in the School of Business and Management since 1973. In 1988, Stephen won the National Franz Edelman Award for Outstanding Achievement in Management Science, the highest award given by the profession, for his work in scheduling. He has also received university awards recognizing his achievements in research, teaching and service, and frequently publishes articles in academic journals and presents papers at international conferences. Stephen holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California at San Diego and an undergraduate degree in business and statistics from Ohio State University.

    Jeremy Siegel is the Russell E. Palmer Professor of Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Columbia University in 1967, received his Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1971. \n \n Prof. Siegel is the author of numerous professional articles and two books. His bestselling, Stocks for the Long Run, which published its 4th edition in 2008, was named by the Washington Post and Business Week as one of the ten-best investment books of all time. His second book, The Future for Investors: Why the Tried and the True Triumph over the Bold and New (Crown Business) was named one of the best business books published in 2005 by Business Week, the Financial Times, and Barron’s magazines. \n \n \nProf. Siegel has received many awards and citations for his research and excellence in teaching. In November 2003 he was presented the Distinguished Leadership Award by the Securities Industry Association and in May 2005 he was presented the prestigious Nicholas Molodovsky Award by the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute to “those individuals who have made outstanding contributions of such significance as to change the direction of the profession and to raise it to higher standards of accomplishment.”\n \n Other awards include the Graham and Dodd Award for the best article published in The Financial Analysts Journal in 1993 and the Peter Bernstein and Frank Fabozzi Award for the best article published in The Journal of Portfolio Management in 2000. \n \n In 1994 Professor Siegel received the highest teaching rating in a worldwide ranking of business school professors conducted by Business Week magazine and in 2001, Forbes named JeremySiegel.com as one of the “Best Business School Professor” websites. \nProf. Siegel currently serves as Academic Director of the Securities Industry Institute and Senior Investment Strategy Advisor of WisdomTree Investments, Inc., consulting the firm on its proprietary stock indexes.

    Brent Burns is President and Founding Partner of Asset Dedication, LLC. Brent brings more than a decade of financial and investment expertise to his work in applying academic research to the development of practical and innovative portfolio strategies. Brent’s deep background in empirical finance formed the basis for Asset Dedication’s modeling and analysis. His work with Asset Dedication began more than a decade ago at the University of San Francisco, where he partnered with co-Founder Steve Huxley to study portfolio performance and the impact of withdrawal rates, inflation, and market conditions. Previously, Brent was a philanthropic advisor working with high net worth families and a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley in Orinda, California, targeting small business owners seeking fixed-income strategies. Prior to that, Brent ran an independent consulting business for small firms and managed the Family Office for his own family. He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

    As the President and Chief Investment Officer, Dan is responsible for all investment management and trading operations. He joined Direxion in 1999 and plays a leading role in the development and launch of new products and value added services for advisors and investors. He is a member of the Direxion Executive Management Committee.Prior to joining Direxion Funds, he served as Portfolio Manager: Private Equity Investments at Hermitage Capital Management Limited in Moscow, Russia. His responsibilities included monitoring investments by two hedge funds in illiquid Russian equities.Dan earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board for Virginia Law Review. He holds a BA in English and Economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he was a Jefferson Scholar.

    Elizabeth Moss began her career in financial services in 1983. She became the Investment and Annuity Specialist in 1994 in the Mass Mutual agency in San Antonio, Texas and has continued in this specialist role at the Mass Mutual agency in Chicago since 2002. Elizabeth maintains a personal practice, focusing on retirement income and distribution planning. She served for four years as the chairperson of the Investment Specialist Committee, a specialist advisory group consulting with MML Investors Services, Inc. She serves on the advisory board for Morningstar Investment Services and has served for the Institute of Business and Finance. She has also consulted on portfolio design with Morningstar Managed Portfolios and Standard and Poor’s Portfolio Advisor Express.
