    Pamela Lynn Abraham is a managing director, partner and chief investment strategist at HighTower Fort Myers.

    Pamela Finelli is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Equity Derivatives and Synthetic Equity Research for Deutsche Bank. She has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg radio and has often been quoted in the financial press for her views on the equity derivatives markets.\nPamela started her career in at Bankers Trust in New York in 1994, initially working in risk for Rates Derivatives before moving into Equity Derivatives. She joined DB’s newly-formed Equity Derivatives Strategy team in New York in 1999.\nFrom 2007-2014, Pamela was based in London and led DB’s European equity volatility, correlation and dividend research. In 2012, her team expanded to cover the growing areas of ETF and synthetic equity products. Her group has been ranked #1 in the European Institutional Investor survey for the past four years and has achieved the top ranking in the Greenwich Survey for European Equity Derivatives since 2009. InAugust 2014, she moved back to New York to focus on DB’s increasing presence in the US equity markets.Pamela is actively involved in supporting diversity in the financial services industry.\nShe was the 2014 chair of DB’s flagship Women in European Business conference attended by 1800 people, was a member of the City Women’s Network in London, served on the Girls’ Board of the UK Chance to Shine charity, and currently sits on DB’s UK and North American Diversity councils.\nPamela holds a B.S. degree from the Smeal College of Business of the Pennsylvania State University in the U.S. She lives in NJ with her husband and three school-age children and enjoys running and travelling with her family.

    Laura Morrison is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Exchange Traded Products at BATS Global Markets. In her role, Ms. Morrison oversees the company’s ETP listings business, developing strategy, working with issuers to list their products and overseeing market quality incentive programs. BATS is currently the largest U.S. market for the trading of exchange-traded funds (ETF).\nAn exchange industry veteran, Ms. Morrison joined BATS from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) where she spent 20 years in leadership roles. In her last eight years at NYSE, she served as Senior Vice President, Global Index and Exchange-Traded Products, leading the team which managed ETF listings and trading as well as the NYSE index business. Ms. Morrison played a leading role in bringing new and innovative ETF products to market while launching key market quality programs and growing NYSE’s ETF issuer base to record numbers.\nPreviously at NYSE, Ms. Morrison held senior-level positions as Managing Director, Member Firm Sales, and Managing Director, NYSE Global Listings Group.\nMs. Morrison began her career at Barnett Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and also spent two years working at the NYSE specialist unit, CMJ Partners L.P.\nMs. Morrison currently serves as a board member for Women in ETFs and the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) Foundation Board.  She also served as a member of the Standard & Poor’s Index Committee.
