    Caroline Kollar is the Senior EPLI and Cyber Underwriter and VP for Edgewater Holdings, LTD. Edgewater Holdings was established in 1991 and has emerged as a recognized leader in the development and delivery of a stand-alone EPLI policy. Edgewater has also emerged as leading player in Cyber Insurance. Clients include large national restaurant chains and hotel chains.Caroline has been with Edgewater for the past 14 years. For the time, Caroline has focused on the EPLI market and the development of restaurant\/hotel programs. She recently spent 5 weeks in London with Lloyds of London syndicates for both EPLI and Cyber work and experience.Caroline is Secretary of the Employment Practices Risk Management Association (EPRMA) which was formed in 2005. EPRMA provides risk management services to members in both EPL through LaPointe Law and Cyber through Wilson Elser.Caroline is a life-long resident of Chicago and currently resides in the Lincoln Square neighborhood.\n 

    Tom McDonough is Senior Vice President of Affinity programs for Risk Strategies Company. Affinity programs include Association based membership programs, Franchisor\/Franchisee based programs, and member benefits programs for Purchasing groups or Captive Insurance companies. Clients include large professional membership based associations, Labor Unions, and Trade Groups.\nTom has been in various leadership roles in the insurance industry for over 30 years. For the past 20 years, Tom has focused on the Affinity Programs arena, and has established many professional liability programs for Medical associations, Legal professional associations, and Financial Services associations.\nPrior to joining Risk Strategies Company, Tom was President of Hays Affinity Group, and prior to that, Sr. Vice President of Marsh Affinity Group, the Global Programs unit of Marsh & McLennan.\nTom serves on several Boards and Commissions both professionally and in local government.\nTom and his wife Meg, and two children, live in Lincolnshire, IL.

     \nShauna Conley is Vice President of Risk Strategies Company (RSC), a leading national insurance brokerage firm.   Providing client-focused advice and service, she specializes in cyber, professional and directors & officers liability insurance.\nFrom a financial perspective, she analyzes exposures and delivers risk management and insurance solutions to public, private and not-for-profit clients nationwide.  Shauna negotiates and secures broad insurance coverages as well as aggressive premiums using ethical, technical negotiation skills. She challenges conventional terms by leveraging her expertise and understanding of the insurance marketplace both nationally and internationally. As a strong client advocate, she has managed numerous claims including allegations against financial institutions, hospitals, investment advisors, not-for-profits, publishers, etc.\nShauna leads loss prevention discussions and training sessions.  She also facilitates insurance-related contract rewrites and communications.  She currently serves as the risk manager for Loyola University of Chicago.\nPrior to RSC, Shauna built her risk management, underwriting and broker foundation with growth opportunities at multiple firms including the American Hospital Association, AIG and Aon.  She discovered her passion for customer service while subsidizing her undergraduate scholarship in Florida – working both on and off campus and especially at Walt Disney World.\nAdvanced degrees include an MBA and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).  Shauna resides in Chicago with her husband and their seven-year old son.

    Kelly Jobe has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with 8 years focused on the RIA community.  She has held several positions in sales and relationship management with a focus on advisor education. She began her career in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch where she educated advisors on portfolio construction.  She later joined AllianceBernstein as a wholesaler working with RIAs throughout the country and also served in key accounts working with the major custodial firms.  Prior to joining TD Ameritrade, she spent over 2 years as a Relationship Manager at Schwab Advisor Services working with RIAs in the NY Metro region. Kelly graduated from The Pennsylvania State University.  She achieved her CRPC designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2007.

    Sarah Boston began her financial services career as a Marketing Intern at Raymond James while finishing her Business degree from Indiana University. That experience sparked an interest for helping clients build financial security and led to many different positions including District Manager for a group retirement plan provider. Sarah’s passion for financial planning and desire to work with individual clients led to her rejoining Raymond James in 2013 as a Branch Manager and Financial Advisor. Currently residing in Indianapolis, Sarah and JJ, her husband of 13 years, are small business owners and supporters of the local food movement. She also enjoys gardening and watching her two sons play soccer.
