Alanna Brown is Fannie Maes Director, New Initiatives & Program Management in the National Servicing Organization. She is responsible for strategic planning, program development, implementation and servicer engagement for loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention solution. In addition, she leads the development of Fannie Mae's implementation of Treasury Supplemental Directives.Previously, Ms. Brown led teams and performed a variety of roles within Fannie Maes Single-Family Product Development, Administering Treasury's Making Home Affordable programs, Communications and Marketing Services, and Program Management Office/Finance teams. Ms. Brown holds a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.
