    Tien-tsin Huang is J.P. Morgan�s senior analyst covering the Computer Services & IT Consulting industry. Mr. Huang has been ranked #2 in his category in Institutional Investor magazine�s survey of US equity analysts since 2009, after ranking third in 2008. He has covered transaction processing, business process outsourcing and IT services companies since 1999 when he first joined the firm�s equity research department. Mr. Huang joined J.P. Morgan in 1997. Prior to equity research, Mr. Huang was an analyst at the investment bank in Hong Kong and New York including roles in corporate finance, public finance and derivatives marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Mr. Huang is a CFA charterholder.

    Jeff is Vice President of Risk – Collection Strategies at US Bank where he has responsibility for all collection and recovery strategies for US Bank’s consumer and small business credit card portfolios. Jeff has 20 years of collection management experience in both 3rd Party and Issuer collection environments.

    As Vice President of ATM & Self Service Channel Management for BMO Financial Group, Ms. Pino�s responsibilities include ATM & Self Service Channel Strategy and Customer Experience for the Bank�s network of over 4,000 ATMs in North America.�Ms. Pino has over 30 years of banking experience.� Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank in 1997, Ms. Pino had been with Beverly Bancorporation for 19 years.� As Senior Vice President at Beverly, she managed the all bank operations for the 13 office holding company.� Her responsibilities included the management of their network of ATMs throughout the Chicagoland area.�

    Dan is Vice President of Retail Collections Default Department.Dan is responsible for managing several default business units as well as leading a team dedicated to technology integration. Dan is tasked with introducing new technology to Collections, upgrading existing technology and identifying areas for process improvement, especially through automation. Dan's analysis and strategy have helped reduce FTE, provide data integrity and ensure timely and consistent processing of critical tasks. Integration efforts are not only breaking down silos within the M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank Retail Collections Department, but also with other business partners both internal and external. Dan has been with M&I for five years and prior to that spent nine years with Chase and three with a collection agency.

    James Shreero is a senior executive with over 25 years experience in financial management leading to overall business unit and critical line operations at Advanta Corp., one of the largest issuers of business credit cards with over six billion dollars of loans at its height. Most recently, Mr. Shreero managed the orderly wind down of Advanta’s credit card portfolio, consisting of approximately 200,000 accounts and over $4 billion of loans. Mr. Shreero continued overseeing the portfolio collections activity in conjunction with the FDIC as receiver for Advanta Bank Corp for approximately three months.Other key accomplishments and responsibilities included development of Advanta’s high-value customer division, management of direct marketing division and CFO of Advanta Mortgage, playing a key role in the sale of the mortgage business to JP Morgan Chase. Prior to Advanta, Mr. Shreero was a Senior Manager at Deloitte. Mr. Shreero holds a BS in accounting from Syracuse University and is a CPA (inactive).

    Buddy Beaman, serving as VP, currently manages PCA Acquisitions V, LLC, a national debt buyer specializing in niche portfolio acquisition. Buddy has more than 20 years of experience in the credit and collections industry, including operations, strategy, analytics, database management, vendor management, project management and software consulting. His experience included various roles that have taken him to international sites across Europe and Canada. He held previous management positions at Bear Stearns, Bank One/FirstUSA, London Bridge and GTE Wireless.

    John Graser is the Collection Strategy and Recovery Director for Barclaycard U.S. Mr. Graser is responsible for the Recovery organization, Collections Project Management, Production Implementation, Collections Strategy, and Collection Legal Matters. Prior to joining Barclaycard U.S., Mr. Graser was the SVP of Recovery for Bank of America where he managed the Consumer Card, Probate, and Business card portfolios. In his role with Bank of America he managed the performance results of 60 asset recovery agencies with a total inventory of $6.3 billion dollars. He is a credit card industry professional with 20 years of experience managing various aspects of the secured and unsecured credit card lifecycle. John has managed an operations center with more than 400 customer marketing and retention employees in Newark, Delaware for MBNA America Bank. He has held call center operations positions in the areas of new account acquisition, fraud mitigation, telesales, and retention. Mr. Graser is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received a B.S. in Education.
