    Mychal D. Kempt was named vice president of North American sales and service operations for Diebold, Incorporated in January 2010. He is responsible for leading the North American sales operation in the regional bank and national account segments, as well as the North American services operation, consisting of integrated services, maintenance services, software services and the implementation systems teams. His focus is on profitably growing this business through improved organizational alignment, superior customer satisfaction and leveraging business process improvements across the 5,500 associates in all U.S. channels.During his career, Kempt has held numerous sales and service management roles in our regional and national account segments. His previous role as vice president of national accounts included leading the account teams for major customers including Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank, JPMorgan Chase, PNC and others.Prior to leading our national account group, Kempt served as general manager of the Pacific region where he successfully integrated a strategic acquisition and established a market leading presence in four years. Kempt joined Diebold in 1994 as a regional account manager, specializing in high-end security solutions.�Kempt is a native of Beaverton, Ore. He holds a bachelor�s of science in sport management from Montana State University. Kempt has also completed a number of executive leadership programs including Indiana University Leadership Development, Case Western Leadership Development and University of Michigan Sales Management.

As an innovative professional, she is known for solving complex audit, compliance, and finance problems using customized and client-driven solutions for companies ranging from small sole proprietorships to international Fortune 100 corporations.

    Mark Gilder is the Director of ATMs and Mobile Deposits for Citibank-US. Mark is chartered with ATM Strategy, P&L, identifying and implementing next generation capabilities for ATMs, and with delivering ATM distribution at 35,000 fee free locations in the US. Mark also represents the U.S. business on the Citi Global ATM Channel Advisory Council. He is a strategic payments leader who has successfully built and launched differentiating services, including Citi�s Mobile Check Deposit, ATM Image Deposits, and has a proven track record of managing technology-driven growth strategies in Retail Debit, Credit Cards and Student Loans.Before joining the Retail Bank in 2007, Mark led the Client Service Team for Citibank Online where he was instrumental in delivering the first Citi Mobile application. Previously, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of The Student Loan Corporation. Prior to joining Student Loans, he was Executive Vice-President, International Leveraging at Citi Cards.     Jonathan L. Pompan, a partner in the Washington, DC office of Venable LLP, co-chairs the firm�s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (�CFPB�) Task Force. His practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice and regulatory advocacy to a broad spectrum of clients, such as nonbank financial products and services providers, nonprofit organizations, and trade and professional associations, before the CFPB, the Federal Trade Commission (�FTC�), state Attorneys General, and regulatory agencies. Mr. Pompan is widely recognized as one of the leading credit counseling and debt services attorneys in the country. Mr. Pompan represents numerous clients in the debt buyer and collections, and the credit counseling and debt services community, including nonprofit tax-exempt credit counseling agencies, housing counseling agencies, and a substantial number of industry-related service providers. Mr. Pompan is a frequent speaker and author on legal and regulatory issues of significance to providers of consumer financial products and services, advertisers and marketers, and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Pompan joined Venable after serving as in-house associate counsel at an industry trade association. In addition, while in law school, Mr. Pompan worked at the Federal Communications Commission and Bureau of Consumer Protection at the FTC. Mr. Pompan received his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law, and his B.A. from The George Washington University.

    Jon Wallgren currently serves as a Director at Kohl's. His responsibilities include managing the Kohl's Charge Compliance area and relationships related to accepting non-Kohl's Charge payment types. Prior to Kohl's, his experience includes roles at Chase Card Services and HSBC/Household International managing private-label card programs for various retailers. He and his family live in Wisconsin.

    Genevieve Juillard is the President of Experian�s consumer credit bureau operations in the United States. In this role, Genevieve oversees the delivery and management of value-added credit risk, marketing, and collection products to help clients manage and optimize their customer relationships. Before assuming the leadership for Experian consumer information services in the United States, Juillard was the Managing Director for Experian Australia Credit Services, a joint-venture with six of Australia�s largest financial institutions. She has held various leadership roles within Experian and other institutions across multiple industries, is an alum of UC Berkeley, and holds an MBA from UCLA.
