He spent 11 years with Hilton Worldwide as Sr. Director of Financial Services at Hilton Grand Vacations, where he was responsible for overseeing credit, underwriting, collections and consumer behavior analytics. Afterwards, he led the turnaround to profitability of Tempus Resorts International, which culminated in their acquisition by Diamond Resorts International where he now serves as the Director of Financial Services. In his current role, Mike oversees collections and compliance for all North American properties in their resort portfolio.

Mark Barnett is Executive Vice President, of the MasterCard Advisors� Consulting Services business globally. This includes setting the overall direction and strategy, driving business development efforts, overseeing the quality of the services Advisors Consulting delivers to MasterCard's clients, and managing the talent within the practice.Mark joined MasterCard Advisors in 2003 and has held various roles including leading Advisors in Europe from 2008 and leading the Global Strategy Practice for Advisors in 2006.
